Abstract

Una barra de chocolate relleno, constituida de un cascarónconteniendo una crema de relleno y cerrada por una lámina posterior o de base, CARACTERIZADA porque una parte del relleno es reemplazada por una o varias cajas en polímero en las cuales se encuentran uno o varios objetos.Procedimiento para la fabricación de una barra de chocolate según la reivindicación 1, en el cual:- se escurre el cascarón que se invierte de tal manera que se elimine el excedente de chocolate, - se enfría el cascarón invertido de manera que se endurezca el chocolate, - se calienta ligeramente, - se deposita la o las cajas de material polimérico dentro del cascarón, - se deposita la crema de relleno dentro del cascarón, - se enfría el conjunto, - luego se escurre la base, de manera de cubrir el conjunto de la superficie de la barra.
