Abstract

Esta invención se relaciona con adhesivos termo-plásticos sólidos, sensibles a la presión y capaces de transferir una película adhesiva a un substrato, por frotamiento friccional del adhesivo sobre el substrato. Los adhesivos de esta invención se aplican preferentemente para elaborar crayones utilizables como marcadores en general, lápices de dibujo y similares. Los adhesivos de la invención consisten esencialmente en poliisobutileno (PIB) (40 á 75% en peso, con peso molecular entre cerca de 40.000 á 70.000); cera (entre 35 a 60% en peso, con punto de fusión de al menos 73°C); y opcionalmente una resina promotora de la adherencia 0% á 30% en peso). Todo dentro de ciertas proporciones, pesos moleculares, puntos de fusión y/o dureza.
