Abstract

RESUMEN Un portabarraje con dos bandejas de barraje mantiene los barrajes positivas y negativas separadas y aisladas entre sí para reducir la posibilidad de cortocircuitos accidentales. Las celdas están situadas en un armazón sobre el que se monta el portabarraje. Un barraje se encuentra en una bandeja inferior del portabarraje. Las patas del barraje se proyectan hacia abajo a través de los orificios de la bandeja inferior, para conectarse a un conjunto de terminales de las celdas. Sobre la bandeja inferior se coloca una bandeja superior. Otro barraje, en la bandeja superior, se conecta a través de los orificios de ambas bandejas al otro conjunto de terminales de las celdas. El barraje de la bandeja inferior queda cubierta por la bandeja superior. Los orificios que atraviesan el portabarraje permiten la salida de los gases calientes en caso de fallo de las celdas.
