Abstract
Se muestra un producto en suspensión para tratar el agua tanto para ablandarla como para eliminar la sílice. La suspensión se prepara mezclando, en un medio acuoso, cal hidratada en forma de suspensión o de polvo con dolima al menos parcialmente hidratada, o partículas de hidróxido de magnesio u óxido de magnesio o una de sus combinaciones en forma de una suspensión o de un polvo, para formar una suspensión acuosa en la que se proporcionan las cantidades de dolima, hidróxido de magnesio u partículas de óxido de magnesio o su combinación, de manera que el contenido de sólidos de la suspensión sea de hasta el 60% en peso de la suspensión. La suspensión también mantiene una viscosidad estable y bombeable durante más de un mes.
