Abstract
Un sistema y un método para extraer y separar aceites botánicos y compuestos del material botánico sin el uso de disolventes, que tienen una sección de vaporización que está acoplada adicionalmente a un precipitador electrostático centrífugo para recogida y segregación. La sección de vaporización recibe el material botánico a través del cual se hace pasar un gas inerte de temperatura controlada para evaporar aceites o compuestos de temperatura de vaporización específica del material botánico. El vapor extraído pasa al precipitador electrostático centrífugo, en el que el aceite o compuesto se reduce de vuelta al estado líquido y se recoge y se segrega. Los aceites que tienen la temperatura de vapor menor se recogen en primer lugar y los aceites restantes se recogen mediante un control de temperatura de vaporización específico y progresivo. En algunos ejemplos, compuestos vaporizados seleccionados se evacúan a modo de desecho como vapor evitando el precipitador electrostático centrífugo a temperaturas de vapor conocidas específicas, impidiendo de ese modo que se recojan aceites o compuestos potencialmente tóxicos o no deseables.
