Abstract

La presente invención proporciona un sistema y método para minimizar la ocurrencia de percances y accidentes de un vehículo en movimiento objetivo en una carretera, el vehículo en movimiento objetivo es asistido con instrucciones operativas desde un servidor de computador por medio de la comunicación del servidor de computador con al menos un dispositivo de comunicación en el vehículo en movimiento objetivo, donde las instrucciones operativas se originan a partir de los cálculos del servidor de computador de los niveles de riesgo, donde los niveles de riesgo se derivan de los datos recibidos por el servidor de computador, donde los datos recibidos por el servidor de computador comprenden datos provenientes de al menos un dispositivo de comunicación en el vehículo en movimiento objetivo en sí; datos provenientes de bases de datos en tiempo real de las condiciones de carretera que describen las condiciones del área de carretera donde está operando el vehículo en movimiento objetivo; datos provenientes, por ejemplo, de bases de datos meteorológicos en tiempo real que describen las condiciones ambientales del lugar donde está operando el vehículo objetivo; datos de bases de datos de mantenimiento que describen las condiciones mecánicas y de equipamiento del vehículo en movimiento objetivo y por lo menos del otro vehículo en movimiento que opera cerca del vehículo en movimiento objetivo; datos de al menos otro dispositivo de comunicación en al menos otro vehículo que opera cerca del vehículo en movimiento objetivo; y datos de las bases de datos de registros de conducción y perfil que describen los registros de conducción y perfil del conductor de al menos otro vehículo en movimiento que opere cerca del vehículo en movimiento objetivo.
