Abstract
Un diseño de fluido con capacidad mejorada portadora de apuntalante utiliza un fluido de baja viscosidad con alta capacidad portadora de apuntalante y baja potencia requerida para inyección en una formación subterránea de hidrocarburos. Un agente viscosificante preferido que comprende un copolímero polimerizado de un monómero de ácido acrílico y un monómero seleccionado de: a) por lo menos un monómero de ácido carboxílico; b) por lo menos un éster de alquilo C1 a C5 y/o por lo menos un éster de hidroxialquilo C1 a C5 de ácido acrílico o ácido metacrílico; c) un monómero de reticulación; y opcionalmente d) por lo menos un monómero α,β-etilénicamente insaturado, puede ser usado para producir un fluido de fracturación que tiene la capacidad de bombeo de un fluido de agua resbaladiza y la capacidad portadora de apuntalante de un gel reticulado. Un proceso de optimización para optimizar el diseño de fractura hidráulica evalúa y cuantifica la capacidad portadora de apuntalante del fluido inventado y su impacto en el transporte de apuntalante durante la fracturación.
