La presente invención hace referencia a un dispositivo de medición de precipitación y nieve, el cual está compuesto por un módulo de captación de agua o de nivel (1), un módulo de medición de nivel y volumen de fluido (2), un módulo de procesamiento de información (3), un módulo de calefacción para captación de nieve (4), un bastidor (5), y un módulo de energía fotovoltaica (6).
