本发明的技术条件是在立式结晶塔内,实现一个NH3-H3PO4—H2O物系的过饱和状态,以便能迅速结晶,结晶物系的pH值在9—10之间。

Description

本发明是结晶状可溶性磷酸二铵生产法。
目前,世界范围内,就磷酸二铵的生产,均采用料浆造粒法,或管式反应造粒法,所用湿法磷酸浓度均采用40-54%P2O5、流程经过:预中和、二次洗涤、氨化造粒,干燥,破碎,返料,冷却等工序、设备投资大,构造复杂动力能耗高,如TVA流程西班牙克罗斯流程或雅各布斯-多科流程。
本发明旨在开发目前现有技术以外的方法,结晶磷酸二铵生产法,以求达到设备简单,降低成本的目的
本发明的工艺过程是:在两个串联的蛇管喷淋冷却器内,依次进行磷酸的二次氨化,第一次把氨酸分子比控制在0.6,第二次控制在1.4,温度均不高于75℃,经氨化后的溶液再送入立式带有搅拌装置的氨化结晶塔内,再次氨化,使反应物系NH3-H3PO4-H2O的PH值达到9-10之间,磷酸铵就结晶析出,结晶塔的外部用水帘冷却,结晶物系经离心分离即得磷酸二铵结晶产品,母液经处理循环使用。
本发明比目前TVA开发的流程,雅各布斯-多科流程或西班牙克罗斯流程的优点是,原料磷酸所用湿法酸不用浓缩,可以直接使用(22-32%P2O5)。设备简单,容易建造,生产过程能耗低,从而降低了生产成本与设备投资。
实施本发明很简便,取原料酸(22-32%P2O5)500克,液氨300克,分别通过转子流量计通入蛇管喷淋冷凝器内,氨酸分子比第一次控制在0.6,第二次通入的氨使其在第一次氨化的基础上控制氨酸分子比为1.4,经过两次氨化的物系NH3-H3PO4-H2O进入结晶塔内一次氨化到PH达到9-10之间,即有结晶形成,把结晶物系离心分离即得磷酸二铵结晶产品。
