Abstract

一种在内端向外扩大的钻孔中锚定的膨胀螺栓。对于内端逐渐扩大的钻孔,螺栓有一个膨胀锥放在钻孔底上,其上可套上一个可推动膨胀套筒。将本发明的可膨胀套筒套上,将伸出钻孔的固定部用螺丝扳手或类似工具拧旋,膨胀锥用螺纹和固定部连接,并被防止随固定部旋转。这样可取得非常简化的组合件,使用不同长度的螺纹锚杆可适应待夹定构件的不同夹紧长度。

Description

本发明涉及在内端扩大的钻孔中锚定的膨胀螺栓,有一根锚杆其上有一个膨胀锥,对钻孔底部作用,外套一可膨胀套筒,在长度的一部分上有裂缝,膨胀锥用螺纹和一个固定部连接。
用有扩大部的钻孔,可以取得基本没有膨胀压力的锚定,而且因为可以增大固定件的膨胀,甚至可产生更高的夹持数值。已知的膨胀螺栓有一个膨胀锥,用适当的锤击工具将一个可膨胀的套筒套在锥体上。可将膨胀锥制造在一个锚杆上,用螺纹接头连接螺纹锚杆。螺纹锚杆的另一端伸出钻孔,可以有一段外螺纹,在上面拧一个螺母,将需要固定的物件在外墙或顶板上紧固。
已知的膨胀螺栓可以锤入一个有锥形掏切部分的钻孔,需要用特殊的工具,且不能方便适应需固定的物件的不同夹持长度。
本发明的目的,是生产一种膨胀螺栓,用于在内端扩大的钻孔中固定,易于安装,便于适应需固定的物件的不同夹持长度。本发明对这个问题的解决办法,是在前言中提及的类型的膨胀螺栓中,将固定部分相对于锚杆旋转,将膨胀套筒压在膨胀锥上,在膨胀锥的端面上,至少有一个紧固件作防止旋转的措施。作为防转措施,可用突出部,棱脊,或有同体模铸的尖刺在钻孔底对砌体作用,将锚杆固定,防止作不利的旋转。固定部构造最好是螺纹锚杆,可用适当的工具按锚杆方向拧入,该螺纹锚杆将可膨胀套筒推到膨胀锥上。
因此在可膨胀套筒和螺纹锚杆间有尽可能小的摩擦,本发明的一种发展,放一个低摩擦元件在固定装置和可膨胀套筒之间。最好用一个有锚杆螺纹部贯通通道的塑料垫圈,作为低摩擦元件。
此外,可以有和膨胀套筒上的纵向裂缝嵌合的紧固件,从膨胀锥上侧向突出。安装时,仅将膨胀套筒稍膨胀,膨胀套筒便对钻孔壁挤紧,于是膨胀锥和紧固件配合,形成锚杆的防转措施。
为放置螺丝搬手或其它工具,可在螺纹锚杆的突端设六角形头或平侧面。
下文中参照附图对本发明作说明,附图内容如下:
图1示插入钻孔的膨胀螺栓,
图2示图1中插入钻孔的膨胀固定塞膨胀锥的端面,
图3示膨胀锥另一举例实施方案的端面。
图1所示膨胀螺栓插入一个钻孔1中,钻孔1在底部区域的内端向外扩大。
膨胀螺栓有一根锚杆2,上有一个膨胀锥3,一个可膨胀套筒4,和一个螺纹锚杆5,螺纹锚杆有一个固定部。螺纹锚杆5的从钻孔1向外伸出的膨胀螺栓的端部,有一个外螺纹6,在上面用螺母将物件8夹紧。因此将物件8压在墙体9的外表上。
锚杆2的螺纹部分10拧在螺纹锚杆5的螺纹孔11中。假如在加螺母7前,将螺纹锚杆5相对于锚杆2旋转,于是锚杆5便向膨胀锥3靠近。这样膨胀套筒4便被向膨胀锥推送,直至达到图中的位置。当将膨胀套筒4向前推时,因设有一个最好用塑料制的低摩擦圆盘12,螺纹锚杆5和膨胀套筒4之间便产生尽可能小的摩擦力。
将螺纹锚杆5旋转时,螺纹锚杆5被压入钻孔中,使铸在膨胀锥3端面上的紧固件13,对钻孔底作用,这里的紧固件是一个突块。这样,可保证锚杆2在螺纹锚杆旋转时不随之旋转。
作为防止不利旋转的另一元件14,是插入膨胀套筒4的纵向裂缝15的一个突出部,元件14在膨胀锥3的边侧上形成。膨胀套筒3一待紧固就位便不能旋转,由于在钻孔中稍膨胀,突出部14便成为防旋转的理想 措施。
紧固件13,14仅为可采用的方案;突耳,尖刺或其他类似的结构也都可使用。
为了便于在螺纹锚杆5的外部上放螺丝搬手或其他工具,螺纹锚杆5有边侧上的平表面或六边形头16。但是此外也可设其他的形状,使适当的工具可以稳定配合。
图2示膨胀锥3的端面,紧固件13的结构为向外倾斜的突块。
图3示膨胀锥3的另一举例方案,端面上有紧固件17,结构可以是突出部或尖刺。

Claims (7)

1、一种在钻孔中作锚定用的膨胀螺栓,做成其内端逐渐向外扩张,有一根锚杆有一个膨胀锥体,在钻孔的底上作用,外面套一可膨胀套筒,其一部分长度上有裂缝,膨胀锥体通过螺纹和一固定部连接,特征在于将固定部相对于锚杆(2)旋转,可将膨胀套筒(4)推到膨胀锥(3)上,膨胀锥(3)的端面上至少有一个紧固件(13)伸出,作为防旋转措施。
2、如权利要求1中之膨胀螺栓,特征为在固定部(15)的突出端,形成一个工具接受区,可在这区上用螺丝搬手或其它工具作稳定接合。
3、如权利要求1或2中一项的膨胀螺栓,特征为有一个低摩擦元件(12)放在固定部(5)和可膨胀套筒(4)之间。
4、如权利要求3中之膨胀螺栓,而特征为低摩擦件为一个有贯穿通道的塑料垫圈(12)。
5、如前述权利要求任一项中之膨胀螺栓,特征为固定部为一个螺纹锚杆(5),有内螺纹(11),其中拧入锚杆(20的螺纹部分(10)。
6、如前述权利要求一项中之可膨胀固定塞,特征为一个紧固件(14)从膨胀锥(3)的边侧上伸出,嵌入膨胀套筒(4)的至少一条裂缝(15)中。
7、如权利要求2至6中任一项之膨胀螺栓,特征为设有边侧上的平表面或六角头(16)作为工具啮合区。
