一种联接器,有分离的塑料滤杯和滤杯护盖,其中的滤杯护盖是由一个锁钉控制的卡口配件安装在壳盖上,如威尔克森公司(Wilkerson Corporation)的英国专利说明书GB-A-20522297中所介绍的。
本发明是基于这样的构造,是采用可绕枢转动的锁紧件,而不是如威尔先森公司的联接器是可滑动的锁紧件。在锁紧件和滤杯的卸压阀之间,建立了可操作的中间联系。这样,当锁紧件从其锁紧位置移动和上述卸压阀承受着压力差时,可听见气流通过阀的嘶嘶声。
广泛地说,本发明提供了一种联接器,用于压力或真空流体系统,它包括:
第一和第二组件,两者相对转动使它们的卡口连接装置啮合,而连接在一起,并且当连接在一起时,它们的外壁搭接在一起,它们之间有夹中的密封圈;

在附图的图1至图4中,有一个滤杯10装着过滤件12或者是活性碳吸附件,也或者是组合的过滤和吸附件,其底部被滤杯10内的一个台阶(图中未示)所支承。滤杯10的开口由过渡部分14形成,后者导向径向的加大部分16。部分16的外表面形成垂直的台阶18,台阶18上面是开槽20,槽内有O型环22配置。开槽20的顶端由一个限位凸条所限制,防止滤杯10和过滤器上盖26脱开时,该O型环活动,滤杯10内,在过渡部分14的位置,有水平的台阶28。在台阶28上形成四个垂直的水平地间断的撑壁30,围绕滤杯10的轴线以90°的间距布置。各个撑壁30被作成,一方面其下部分32是超出台阶28,而作为一个挡块,一方面其上部分34有插入槽35,作为卡口斜坡的导向装置,几个插入槽35是相同高度,有同一基准,并且其走向是平行于台阶28。各个撑壁30是相对小的角度值(约为24°),而相应的间断是相对大的角度(约66°),这些间断的大小并非是极限值,而是被加于选择,提供有效的和坚固的接触面。
滤杯10的开口处,在一个角度位置提供有一个随枢转动的锁紧杆或手柄,以标号36注明,还有一个压力安全阀,以标号38标志,从外面看来锁紧杆36是一般的矩形形状,并配置在部分16内一个相应的凹坑内,限定于外表面40和隔开的表面42之间。凹坑被加深至线144,并导向在过渡部分14占小角度的切离部分46。
卸压阀38包括一个蘑菇状头部48的立轴56,被扭曲弹簧50推压,顶着一个滤杯10的内支承面54上的弹性调节垫片52,以开有槽或切口的立轴部分56,通过在滤杯10的开孔58,以图示的实际长度,伸向切离部分46。锁紧杆36从侧面看来有一个斜切的顶面60,在将滤杯10安装在上盖26时,将锁紧杆36往外地推离,其最大偏离是其正常垂直位置为22°的角度。表面60引至一个垂直的控制表面62,而后者压在表面42,来限定上述正常位置。在表面60下面有一个中心轴64,穿过两吊架66和一个中央肋板68,肋板68在中心轴64下面延伸至锁紧杆36的下缘,在那里和立轴部分56对齐。中心轴64被凹坑的侧面延伸部分69所限制,还有一个卷制扭动弹簧70在中心轴上,推动锁紧杆36转动至其正常垂直位置。在垂直位置时,与弹簧50完全不相连的弹簧70,使立轴部分56的牛鼻尖与锁紧杆36后面的肋板68之间,存在一个空隙。当锁紧杆36在其下部分,用手指加压对抗弹簧70的作用,肋板68顶着立轴56,引起后者对抗弹簧50的作用向里移动,因此使卸压阀38打开。可以理解,除非杆36处于基本是垂直的位置,以肋板68和立轴56之间的空隙受到限制,阀38是打开的。
现在参阅过滤器上盖26的结构,附图中显示了第一螺纹或卡口开口80,经过垂直开口82引到过滤件12的内部,正如一般技术中,采用O型环84将元件12密封在开口82上面。在过滤件12和滤杯10之间限定的外腔室86,经过在上盖内一个径向偏置的垂直开口88,通向第二螺纹或卡口开口90。开口80、90可以交换而作为过滤件12的进口和出口,这取决于打算采取的流动方向。围绕开口82,在上盖26的底边的中间位置,形成一个悬挂的圆柱形壁92,位于壁92的底缘有径向地突出的卡口锁紧件94,卡口锁紧件94其外表面各补充至撑壁30,并各形成有引入斜坡96,沿着斜坡96的顶边缘导至水平部分98,而且在卡口锁紧件94的端部,相对于斜坡96是悬挂齿牙100。壁92的外面是上盖26的环状底面102,它导至一个外圆柱壁104,壁104的下部分的内表面形成引入部分106,如图示,与垂直线倾斜20°。在壁104提供有四个切口108相距90°地间隔开,其宽度和轮廓,如图所示是适配于杆36的顶部,并稍微加大以避免紧配合。面对杆36的表面60的切口108的表面110,当杆36处于正常垂直位置时,与表面60稍微隔开,以允许制造公差,并保证当表面62压在垂直表面42上面与与制造公差无关时,肋板68和立轴56之间的空隙存在,以及保证上盖26和滤杯之间建立浮动。这种浮动的出现是因为卡口斜坡94和撑壁的部分32、34之间,有微小的间隙所致。切口108的数目,可以是一个、二个、三个或按要求超过四个。
为了将滤杯10能配在上盖26,滤杯插入时处于离其工作位置有角度偏离的位置,然后用八个标志划定介线,致使撑壁30进入卡口斜坡96之间的间隙,之后,将滤杯10转动,啮合卡口斜坡94进入凹槽35。上部分34搭在斜坡96到水平部分98上,其行程由齿牙100与下部分32的对碰而限止住。当滤杯10被插入时,O型环22密封住壁104的内表面,这是由引入表面106所引导的。应注意的是,当滤杯10被装配后,在其整个外围,壁104搭接台阶18,甚至在切口108部分也维持小的搭接。O型环22总是有外受压表面,并且总是有搭接防止O型环从滤杯10和过滤器上盖26之间挤出。当滤杯10插上时,由于杆36碰上壁104,它往外倾倒,并保持这倾斜状态,直至它急速返回切口108。这样阀38打开,直至到杆36已急速返回。相应地,当要想拆下滤杯10时,首先是用手指或大姆指的压力按下杆36的下部分,因此,打开阀38和使滤杯10降压。甚至在内压很小时,气体跑出流过阀38,产生很清楚的嘶嘶声,而且阀38保持打开,继续发出跑出气体的嘶嘶声,直至滤杯被取下,因此,当压力下拆走滤杯时,有警报声防止发生意外。上述装置的一个优点是,引入斜坡96浅,在滤杯10和上盖26之间提供低扭矩的连接,装上和拆却时只要求转动四分之一圈。杆36在滤杯10和上盖26之间提供可靠的机械锁紧。当滤杯10插入上盖26时,杆26自动往外转动,并自动打开卸压阀38,阀38将继续作用直到杆36位于切口108内。容器26不能给压,直至滤杯10固定地锁紧上盖26,而当拆卸时,杆36动作,自动地打开卸压阀38,并使容器26通往大气。上盖26和流杯10之间O型环22的活塞密封结构,在高的使用压力下,提供了优良的耐用性,并可使用标准的O型环。
当然,可以要求作出各种变型的实施例,而不脱离本发明范围。例如,本发明不限于是滤杯和过滤器容的联接器,也可用于将长管联接在一起,将杆36和阀38作成一个活动环配在其中一根被联接的管上,即和在另一根管上的卡口斜坡94和壁104相配合。本发明可用于尺寸不同的广阔范围,改变杆36的宽度,防止管路系统发生错误另件相连的意外发生,致使例如在麻醉设备内,氧气管不能和笑气管混乱不清。这一点,如果需要可以得到加强,调整杆36的形状,提供另外的按钮另件。

Claims (10)
1、一种联接器,用于压力或真空流体系统,包括有:
第一和第二组件(10、26),借助两者相对转动使卡口连接装置(32、34、94)啮合,而连接在一起,两者的外壁(16、104)搭接,两者间有夹中的密封圈(22);
一个卸压阀(38),在其中一个组件(10);
闩紧装置(36、108),当卡口连接形成后,在上述两组件(10、26)的一个角度位置进行啮合,防止了上述两组件(10,26)的相对转动,并避免了在其它角度位置的啮合发生,闩紧装置(36)处于啮合状态时,它和卸压阀(38)不连接,而处于非啮合状态时,和阀(38)是可操作的连接,打开了阀(38),有压力差通过阀(38)时,发出可听到的警报声。
2、根据权利要求1所述的联接器,其特征是在第一组件(10)有卸压阀(38),阀(38)连结至锁闩(36),当卡口连接形成后,锁闩配合进入在第二组件(26)内的接受凹坑(108),上述第二组件(26)有阳卡口凸台(94),它配合于限定了第一组件(10)的结构(32、34)的一对径向间隔向里凸出的插座之间,与凸台(94)独立的齿牙(100),当上述第一和第二组件(10、26)配合在一起时,与上述限定结构(32、34)的上述插座合作,限止它们的相对角运动。

8、根据权利要求7所述的联接器,其特征是阀芯(154)和阀体(126)形成阀组件的部分,上述阀组件作为一个单位配合至第一组件(10)的一个凸台(120),上述阀组件包含一个过滤装置(172)用来过滤流体通过上述阀。
9、根据权利要求6、7和8中任何一项所述的联接器,其特征是上述杆(36)的头部有一个倾斜的内表面(60),当上述第一和第二组件(10、26)相互插入在一起时,内表面(60)和第二组件(26)的外壁(104)相配合,似凸轮式带动上述杆,脱离其闩紧姿态。
10、根据前面权利要求中任何一条所述的联接器,其特征是上述第一组件(10)是一个滤杯,而第二个组件是一个过滤器的上盖(26)。
