Abstract
一种组合式链轮，将一个整体链轮分成轮毂和轮缘两部分，并把轮缘分成三块，这样，解决了整体链轮安装和维修困难的缺陷，适用于采矿，化工、冶金、建材、粮食加工工业。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种组合式链轮。
现在提升机链轮均为整体形式，十分笨重，给装卸带来不便，当轮缘被磨损后，须将整个链轮从轴上拆下，很困难，链轮的利用率也很低。
为了克服链轮磨损而造成的链轮利用率低及维修困难缺陷，设计出一种组合式链轮，将轮缘部分和轮毂部分分开，使维修方便，提高链轮的利用率。
本实用新型的主要技术特征是将链轮分成轮毂和轮缘两部分，并把轮缘做成三块，每块轮缘的角度为120°，且把每块轮缘做成
形状。用螺丝固定在轮毂上。采用金属材料制做。
本实用新型的结构简单制造容易，操作方便，提高了链轮的利用率。
图1为链轮，图2为轮缘，图3为轮毂，其中「1」为轮毂，「2」为轮缘，「3」为螺丝，「4」为螺孔。
当链轮磨损后，只要将连接轮毂和轮缘的螺丝松开，拆下轮缘，然后装上新的轮缘，用螺丝旋紧即可。

1、一种组合式链轮。其特征是将链轮分成轮毂和轮缘两部分，并把轮缘做成三块，每块轮缘的角为120°，用螺丝固定在轮毂上，采用金属材料制做。
