Abstract

折叠三轮车，一种特别适用于城市住楼房居民的交通工具。本实用新型与现有三轮车的不同处在于：其车架是由若干个可以折叠的部件组成。这些部件包括一个前架、两个后架，一个脚踏板和一个后座，它们之间用铰链连接，其折叠后，大大地减少了三轮车的占地空间，为城市住楼房居民的使用带来了方便。

Description

折叠三轮车，一种特别适用于城市住楼房居民的交通工具。
现有三轮车的车架是一个焊接的不能活动的整体，因而整个车身占地空间大，这给城市住楼房居民向楼内的搬运和存放带来不便。
为解决这一问题，本发明的任务是：设计一种可以折叠的三轮车，以减少其存放时的占地空间。
解决上述任务的方案是：将三轮车的车架分解为一个前架、两个后架、一个脚踏板和一个后座这五个基本部件。它们之间用铰链连接。
本发明有如下附图：
图1所示的是本发明所有的基本部件以及铰链在车架各基本部件上的位置。
图2表示本发明使用时的情况。
图3表示本发明存放时的情况。
值得指出的是：连接后架（2）和前架①的铰链轴的轴心线垂直于车身，并且位于后架（2）的内一侧。当后架（2）向前折180°后，便能同时缩小车身的长度和宽度。
脚踏板（3）和前架①后部的底面用铰链相连，图上未标出。脚踏板（3）可以平放，也可以垂直放置，它平放时由后架内侧的小垫板（5）支撑。
后座（4）的一侧用铰链和某一后架（2）用铰链连接，另一侧则和另一后架（2）用插销装置固定。插销打开后，后座（4）可翻转180°，扣在后架（2）上。扣在后架（2）上时的后座（4）底面和后架（2）的上面有一段距离，其距离等于座垫的厚度。后座（4）的靠背部分和后架（2）的后面也有距离，其距离等于靠背垫的厚度。
后架（2）后部的上方设有方孔（6），其作用是本发明折叠后将脚踏子伸入其内。

1、折叠三轮车，它主要由车把、趋动装置、车架和三个车轮组成。本发明的特征是：它的车架由一个前架①、两个后架(2)、一个脚踏板(3)和一个后座(4)组成，它们之间是用铰链相连的。
2、根据权利要求1所述的折叠三轮车，其特征在于：用于连接前架①和后架（2）的铰链轴的轴心线垂直于车身，并且位于后架（2）的内一侧。
