Abstract

制造含硫酸铵的磷酸铵的管式反应器,它在头部设置有磷酸和硫酸的供料管,以及两根同轴轴向设置的供料管,内供料管用于引入水和/或用过的洗涤水,外供料管用于引入液态氨。

Description

本发明涉及一种制造含硫酸铵的磷酸铵的改进的管式反应器。这些含硫酸铵的磷酸铵用作肥料并且所含硫酸铵的比例可随所需的肥料配方改变。
管式反应器是众所周知的。它们是由不带内填充料的管段构成。绝大多数管式反应器是平卧式或是跟水平线成一个小角度(最大45°),其内径在200mm与10mm之间,长度在1.50米与10米之间,长度/直径比通常不低于50。管式反应器曾例举在下列专利中:美国专利3,954,942号与3,310,371号,法国专利2,172,826号与2,199,478号。
管式反应器用于用氨来中和酸,具体的是磷酸或磷酸硫酸混合物以制造磷酸铵或是多磷酸铵。通常管式反应器是放置在一个成粒机或干燥器的入口。从成粒机或干燥器流出的气体被洗涤,用过的洗涤水常常在制肥料装置内、具体是在管式反应器内再循环。
本发明涉及制造含硫酸铵的磷酸铵的一个管式反应器,其中引用了水和/或用过的洗涤水。在后一种情况,当磷酸硫酸混合物中和时,要出现很多腐蚀问题。为了减轻腐蚀,曾建议过将氨用水和/或用过的洗涤水稀释(美国专利3,954,942),但是氨喷射器仍被腐蚀。不大可能将硫酸在导入管式反应器前稀释,因为稀释硫酸大量发热。目前所用的一种溶液是预稀释磷酸。但是腐蚀的危险性不等于零,需要用聚四氟乙烯将管式反应器头部整个内表面包护起来。但是护套的设置要求很艰巨的加工与装配,尤其是由于聚四氟乙烯具有很高的膨胀系数。还有市场上买不到大尺寸的聚四氟乙烯料,要用很多块来调整来包护管式反应器的头部。申请人曾经试过通过两条跟管式反应器轴线平行的管道将水和/或用过的洗涤水与氨引入管式反应器。但是通水和/或用过的洗涤水的管道腐蚀非常快。
本发明的管式反应器能制造含硫酸铵的磷酸铵而不发生腐蚀问题。
本发明是关于制造含硫酸铵的磷酸铵的一种改进管式反应器,它在头部配置有供应磷酸、硫酸、液态氨与水和/或用过的洗涤水的各种管道,其特征在于供应水和/或用过的洗涤水的管子及供应液态氨的管子跟管式反应器同轴并轴向安装在管式反应器上,同时水和/或用过的洗涤水的供应管子装在液态氨的供应管里面。
一直没发现发生过腐蚀,特别是水和/或用过的洗涤水供应管没腐蚀。
下面的对一种改进管式反应器的描述以及附图将有助于更好理解本发明。
附图是一个管式反应器(1)的部分纵向剖视图。
按图示的实施例,管式反应器的头部装有一个供硫酸和磷酸混合物的供料管(2),它在管式反应器(1)上垂直开口。供料管(2)也可以跟管式反应器成切线开口。磷酸和硫酸也可以通过两个分立管道引入,最好在直径上对设,这两根管子的开口可以是垂直于管式反应器(1)或跟它相切。供水和/或用过的洗涤水的供料管(3)与供液态氨的供料管(4)轴向装在管式反应器(1)上。供料管(3)跟(4)同轴而且水和/或用过的洗涤水的供料管(3)是在供氨管(4)的里面。液态氨在供料管(3)与(4)之间的环形空间内流动。因此水和/或用过的洗涤水被液态氨所冷却。供料管(3)与(4)最好用不锈钢制造。液态氨供料管(4)的外表面可选择地用聚四氟乙烯复盖。
举例
在一个内径为150mm、长度为5.00m的管式反应器内,引入:
液态氨    12吨/时
93%硫酸 18M3/时
26%磷酸 30M3/时
从成粒装置来的用过的洗涤水 12M3/时
一个管式反应器,它的头部跟图示的一样,只是洗涤水供料管(3)跟液态氨供料管(4)不同轴而是分立并平行于管(1)的轴线,用上不到10天洗涤水供料管(3)就被咬烂掉。
当供料管(3)跟(4)如图所示那样同轴设置,用了一年后供料管还没有烂掉。

Claims (1)

1、一种制造含硫酸铵的磷酸铵的改进管式反应器,它在头部配置有磷酸、硫酸、液态氨与水和/或用过的洗涤水的各供料管,其特征在于水和/或用过的洗涤水供料管与液态氨供料管跟管式反应器同轴并轴向安装在其上,同时水和/或用过的洗涤水供料管设置在液态氨供料管内。
