Abstract
一种室窗用的止水器,具有提高的防止雨水和其它关窗不当引起的渗水的能力。该止水器包括一垂直的低壁件,该低壁件处在外部活动玻璃片或诸玻璃片的内侧,并与之平行地延伸。该低壁件垂直地从下框上伸,形成一止水屏,来阻止水渗过该下框。
Description
本发明与有提高的防止两水等渗入能力的室窗构造有关。
无论室窗窗口的设计如何,都可能有水从窗口玻璃片下扫进,从而进入安装室窗的建筑物。甚至双层玻璃的滑窗也可能有此问题,双层玻片都在开窗和关窗位置之间滑动,并形成两者之间的空气间隙。
虽然双层玻璃结构可抑制正常气候状态下的水入侵,但在恶劣气候中,如暴雨时,便可能将水从外玻片下吹入,通过空气间隙而从内玻片下渗过。通常在外玻片下设有排孔,将水排出,但在非常恶劣的刮风条件下,举例而言,将两水刮向玻璃的空气的力很大,妨碍正常排水。
考虑到上述问题,有些国家采用了关于防渗水的严格建筑规范,有的国家甚至规定室窗应能抵抗风速120英里/每小时以上的进水。许多滑窗难以达到这种标准,单层玻璃滑窗和水平滑动双层玻璃窗,问题特别严重。困难在于玻璃必须能在底框轨上自由活动,否则便会使滑动不便。促使外玻片和滑轨配合,防止水从其间通过显然是个问题,因此,最好能设置一个装置,防止雨水达到内滑动玻片,或者,如果没有内玻片,则防止从底框上通过。如上所述,设在外玻片下面的排水孔,一般有排水作用,但在有些国家的对室窗所作的大风力合格试验中便失去效用。窗外和空气间隙之间的压力差,可在水排出以前,将水有效吹过排孔,进入空气间隙。为通过这些试验所作的其他试探,包括用深度较大的底框轨和/或复杂的密封件构形,全部都不成功,不是不起作用便是成本和窗户的复杂性有不合理增高。
本发明提出了一种简单而极有效的克服这问题的装置。虽然对下文中较具体叙述的类型的水平滑窗特别有效,但也适用于任何类型的滑窗构造。
根据本发明,设置了一个垂直壁形式的止水器,在外滑动玻片的后面,和外滑动玻片平行伸展,从底框上垂直上伸,形成阻水屏。阻水屏高度由实验决定,以具体室窗设计,室窗必须遵守的标准,和窗户可能经受的气候条件等为基础。在实践中,6mm至25mm之间的高度通常可达到实用观点和美学观点之间的适当平衡。
尤其对水平滑窗,最好还有可以拆去的水屏,使外玻片可按习惯的方式,向上推到横梁上(脱离底框滑轨),然后向内摆动,从窗口中取下。为此,将水平屏放在底框上的槽中,和槽作弹压配合,并且/或者利用适当的密封剂,诸如硅树脂。
现仅作举例对本发明参照附图叙述,附图内容如下:

参见图1及2,下窗框10有一下框轨件11,形式为挤压塑料,铝,或其他适当材料制品则很方便。下框轨11形式为滑轨12a,13a,14a及15a,分别容纳滑动玻璃片12至15。玻片12及13朝向安装室窗的建筑的外方,14及15朝向内方。在下框轨11上还形成槽13a及14a中间的槽16,与槽13a及14a平行。槽16中容纳由矮垂直壁件17形成的水屏,典型高度为6至25mm,为了下文中所述的目的,可随意愿在上边缘上有一条窄折缘。
图2示窗户开启,显然在大暴雨中需将其关闭。然而虽然关闭窗户,假如窗内外的压力差很大,则水仍能在玻片12及13和其相应的滑轨之间通过。如无阻挡,水便可以在下框滑轨部分19上通过,没有水屏17时,水便在内玻片14及15周围冲击,并从下面通过,结果进入建筑物。水的这种转移可由水屏17有效阻止。
水屏17可以和下框轨组合件11整体形成,或如图所示,作分立元件形成,插入槽16,以便需要时折除。最可能需要拆除水屏17的条件,是需将处玻片12及13折卸时。在水平滑窗中,拆卸玻片时(先拆卸内玻片14及15)先把它提起,离开滑轨12a及13a,然后向里摆动,再向下离开玻片上边地缘在里面滑动的上梁轨(未示)。假如设有沿水平上缘的折缘18,则有助于抓持水屏,从槽16中取出或将其放入。
参见图3,可见槽16的壁朝槽的上口向内倾斜。根据典型,槽底的两壁间距为2.5mm,上口的间距为1.7mm。水屏17最好有均匀的厚度,而略厚于槽壁的上间距(按上面的间距量度,则以2mm为宜),从而在槽16中有紧密而可拆卸的配合。可随意愿而定,先在槽中注入密封材料20,诸如硅树脂等,当将水屏插入槽中时,硅树脂占据槽壁和水屏下部之间的空间,在需折卸时它不会阻碍折卸。作为易代或作补充,可将密封剂作为沿水屏17两侧,与下框轨表面19的界面间的封条,如图3中号21所示。
现参看图4,将水屏17的两端以弹性配压的形式插入在侧框轨23中形成的垂直槽22中(为求简便图4仅示部分剖面)。侧框轨一般停放在下框轨上,底边缘用硅树脂之类围绕密封,防水通过。因此,将这密封剂24向上,伸入容纳水屏17端部的槽22中便很方便了,但在水屏17和下框轨11的槽16的界面中,这种密封并非必要,如果水屏和槽紧密配合的话。图4所示的特定结构中,有相对的唇缘24,从槽22的两侧出,夹紧水屏17。
将水屏从窗上取下时(拆卸内玻片14及15后),仅需将水屏向上提,直至与槽16分离,然后将其弯曲,从相应的配合槽22中取出两端。安装时将步骤的顺序颠倒。
如上所述,本发明不以双层玻璃室窗为限。图5示有水平滑动玻片112及113的典型单层玻璃的剖视。水屏117放在槽116中,用于防止强行从滑动玻片112及113通过的水,移向下窗框110的内侧1101,并从内边缘1101上漫过。
可理解到使用的玻片的类型,对本发明止水器的效用并非关键。例如,图1的两组滑动玻片12,13及15,可用双层玻片或三层玻片密封组件代替,从图5考虑,一对滑动波片112及113可用这种组件代替。在全部这类情况下,止水器以完全相同的方式作用,防止从外玻片或密封组件下面进入的水,在下框上转移,或者达到下框边缘(如为单层玻璃窗),或者达到双层玻璃窗的内双玻片层或组件处。
图6示止水器的另一实施方案,除与图3的实施方案相似,还在槽116内作弹压配合。沿水屏117的下边缘,形成一个大致为圆形剖面的构造1171。构造1171的尺寸使之能在槽116中作弹压配合,其扩大的底部用于阻止水在槽116的内壁和底部,与水屏117之间流通,其严密程度从迄今为止的一切条件下的试验中,都证明可不需用密封件。在不需从槽中取出密封剂便可迅速将止水器拆卸或更换方面,这种安排是特别有利的。
Claims (8)
1、在一种室窗结构中有一个下框,相对的测框和至少一片活动玻璃片,改进之处在于有一个形式为阻水屏的止水器,就窗口中的该窗结构的朝向而言,放在该玻片或诸玻片的内侧,在该两侧框之间伸展,从该下框上向上伸,该阻水屏抑制水从下框上通过,并且与该下框及该两侧框配合,阻止水从该阻水屏和该下框间,以及从该阻水屏及该侧框间的相应接缝处通过。
2、如权利要求1中之改进,其特征为该窗结构为单层玻璃结构,该阻水屏放在该活动玻片或诸玻片与该下框的内边缘之间。
3、如权利要求1中之改进,其特征为该窗结构为双层玻片结构,有内外组有间距的双玻片,特征为每一组双玻片中至少一片可以活动,该阻水屏放在双玻片内外之间的空间中。
4、如权利要求1,2或3中之改进,其特征为该阻水屏放在该下框上的一条滑轨中,该侧框的端部放在该侧框上的滑轨中。
5、如权利要求1,2或3中之改进,其特征为该阻水屏放在该下框上的滑轨中,该阻水屏的两端放在该侧框上的滑轨中,该阻水屏有密封剂在该阻水屏和该下框轨,以及该阻水屏和该侧框轨壁的界面中,抑制从其间通过的水。
6、如权利要求1,2或3中之改进,其特征为该阻水屏放在该下框上的滑轨中,该阻水屏的两端放在该侧框上的滑轨中,该阻水屏沿下边缘或在下边缘附近设有放大剖面的构形,构成在该下框轨中的弹压配合,并有密封剂加在该阻水屏和该侧框轨壁的界面间。
7、如权利要求1,2或3中之改进,其特征为该阻水屏放在该下框上的滑轨中,该阻水屏的两端放在该侧框上的滑轨中,该阻水屏的两端放在该侧框上的滑轨中,该下框轨有相对的壁表面,向着轨道口逐渐收窄,因此该阻水屏在该轨中压紧配合。
8、如权利要求1,2或3中之改进,其特征为该阻水屏放在该下框轨中,该阻水屏两端放在侧框上的轨中,该阻水屏沿上缘或止缘附近有折缘,以便抓持该阻水屏,将其取出该滑轨或插入滑轨。
