Abstract

Description

本发明涉及一种用于提升重物的圆环带,由一根作为承载芯的由绳索绕成的连续索带和一条包在绳索外面的保护套管组成,保护套管为织造的织物软管或织物缝合而成。这种结构的圆环带也被称之为起重织物带,已成为DIN(德国工业标准)61360所规定的标准产品。连续索带的纤维由合成的多股材料制成。
这种类型的圆环带必须以一定的时间间隔重复进行无损伤检查。这种检查因条件所限,仅能对保护套管进行无损伤检查,因为尽管圆环带内的连续索带构成唯一的承载芯,但由于其外面包有由不透明织物制成的保护套管,因此无法用肉眼对内部的绳索或连续索带进行检查。
本发明的任务是,制造一种如上述的圆环带,不需要专门的知识即可对其内部的连续索带进行无损伤检查。
本发明的特征在于:连续索带内夹有检验导线,该导线与两个用于连接检验工具的接线端子或接线触点相连,并且接线触点穿过保护套管的管壁。
本发明是基于以下知识作出的,即只有承载的连续索带或绳索的许多匝之中的一匝受到损伤,特别是断裂后,圆环带的承载能力才会受到损害。连续索带的这种损伤成断裂可对连接于检验导线端头的检验工具产生影响,这种影响可从外部通过测量通路来获知。构成检验导线的材料的性质应能保证在承受纵向超载时,连续索带首先断裂,然后检验导体才断裂。检验导线的纵向延伸率至少与连续索带的纤维的纵向延伸率相等。
检验导线连接的最简单的方式是,将其两个端头接在保护套管上。检验导线的长度与连续索带的长度相等,并被夹在连续索带的整个长度内,这样可以保证在连续索带的整个长度上都可通过检验导线进行无损伤检查。这种效果足以简单的方式通过检验导线与连续索带的纤维共同纺织而实现的。这样做可以使检验导线被包复在连续索带的纤维之中,其优点是能够避免检验导线与相邻的连续索带绳圈内的导线直接接触。
检验导线与连续索带的纤维相比要具有较高的延伸率,这一要求例如可以通过如下方法实现,即将检验导线呈波浪形或者螺旋形沿连续索带纤维的纵向布置。
检验导线可以是一根电气导线,以便用于进行电流通路检验,如果是这种形式的导线,最好在其外面包上绝缘层。检验导线当然也可以是一根光导纤维,以便进行光通路检验。
下面根据附图中所示的实例对本发明作进一步的说明。
其中图1表示本发明所述的圆环带的总体图。图2表示图1中Ⅱ段的局部放大图。图3则表示图1和图2中通过Ⅲ-Ⅲ线的截面图。
圆环带的承载芯是根由绳索绕成的连续索带1,该索带由合成的多股纤维材料,例如聚酰胺和/或聚酯纤维制成。在索带断面上并排排列的绳圈11的数量可决定圆环带的承载能力。绳索或连续索带1松套在一根保护套管2内。保护套管2是织造的织物软管或由织物缝合而成。绳索或连续索带1的截面积大约只占保护套管最大横截面积的60%至70%。此外,保护套管2在圆环带的纵向上还有轻微的折皱,从而使绳索或连续索带1在载荷作用下,出现的延伸或周长的增量不至于影响到保护套管,致使后者被拉坏。由于保护套管2是松套在绳索或连续索带1上的,所以能保证保护套管2与绳索或连续索带1之间以及与每匝绳索或绳圈11之间产生微小的相对移动,从而自动平衡载荷。
连续索带1的中央夹有检验导线4,该导线的两个端头41、42与两个接线端子或接线触点5、6相连;接线触点5、6穿过保护套管2的管壁,以便与检验工具相连通,实现外部测量。只要圆环带具有若干匝作为绳索的连续索带1,则每匝连续索带1内的检经导线4都要与两个相应的穿过保护套管2的接线端子或接线触点5、6相连接。但是检验导线4的长度最好与外包的连续索带1的长度相等。使得检验导线分布在连续索带的全长上。
检验导线4可以是一根电气导线,以便用于进行电流通路检查。在这种情况下,最好在电气导线的外面裹上绝缘层12,以避免连续索带1的相邻绳索或绳圈11内的导线产生相对接触。当然检验导线4也可以是一根光导纤维,以便用于进行光通路检查。
只要检验导线4没有受到损伤,使用者不需要专门的知识,便可借助于一台简单的通路测量表确定检验导线是否是通路或是断路。如果连续索带1的绳圈11没有断裂,则通路测量表显示通路。如果有断裂,通路测量表也能将其显示出来,例如显示出电气导线不能产生电流通路。如果检验导线4是光导纤维,还能很容易地通过光学测量确定连续索带的部分断裂。总之,在本发明所述圆环带的结构上,可以容易地检查出其承载芯是否还完好无损。

Claims (10)

1、用于提升重物的圆环带,由一根作为承载芯的由绳索绕成的连续索带(1)和一条包在绳索外面的保护套管(2)组成,保护套管为织造的织物软管或由织物缝合而成,其特征在于,连续索带(1)内夹有检验导线(4),该导线与两个用于连接检验工具的接线端子或接线触点(5、6)相连,并且接线触点(5、6)穿过保护套管(2)的管壁。
2、根据权利要求1所述的圆环带,其特征是,检验导线(4)的纵向延伸率至少与连续索带(1)的纤维的纵向延伸率相等。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的圆环带,其特征是,两个接线触点(5、6)与检验导线(4)的两个端头(41、42)相连。
4、根据权利要求1至3之中任何一项所述的圆环带,其特征是,检验导线(4)的长度与连续索带(1)的长度相等,并被夹在连续索带(1)的整个长度内。
5、根据权利要求1至4之中任何一项所述的圆环带,其特征是,检验导线(4)被包在连续索带(1)的内部。
6、根据权利要求1至5之中任何一项所述的圆环带,其特征是,检验导线(4)呈波浪形或者螺旋形沿连续索带(1)的纵向布置。
7、根据权利要求1至6之中任何一项所述的圆环带,其特征是,连续索带(1)由合成的多股纤维制成。
8、根据上述一项或者若干项权利要求所述的圆环带,其特征是,检验导线(4)是一根电气导线,用于进行电流通路检验。
9、根据权利要求8所述的圆环带,其特征是,电气导线外包有绝缘层(12)。
10、根据权利要求1至7之中任何一项所述的圆环带,其特征是,检验导线(4)是一根光导纤维,用于进行光通路检验。
