Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种具有装订文件用的内粘接夹脊的通用文件夹,特别涉及由一个前封面、一个后封面和一个夹脊组成的文件夹,该文件夹的夹脊内面至少有一层由热固粘接剂制成的粘接层。
在各种各样的变型和实施例中已经公知:用于装订文件的文件夹的夹脊的内面制有一层热固粘接层,这种文件夹及其使用方法例如已由法国专利No.2,189,215、美国专利No.3,954,584和比利时专利No.869,886所公知。这些专利夹脊的设置朝着文件,通过加热把文件和它装在一起,以使热固粘接剂与文件形成适当的粘着力。
然而,上述的实施例有这样的缺点:即经过一段时间之后,尽管适当厚度的文件还保持粘结状态,但文件夹可能变松散,因为变化的气候条件以及疲劳和老化现象,粘接层粘着夹脊内面的质量经过一段时间之后削弱了。
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种具有热固粘接剂层的内粘接层的通用文件夹,使用该文件夹彻底消除了上述缺点。换句话说,在粘接层和夹脊内面之间获得了永久的粘结。
为此目的,本发明是由一个具有装订文件的内粘接夹脊的通用文件夹组成,该文件夹由一个前封面,一个后封面和一个在内面含有热固粘接剂的夹脊组成,其特征在于所述的粘接层的粘接剂以及文件夹的夹脊是由可在热作用下进行化学反应产生永久化学粘结的材料组成。
上述这种通用文件夹,粘接层是用通用的方法加在夹脊的内面上。在常温下,这种粘接层和夹脊材料之间无化学粘接力形成,换句话说,粘接层和夹脊之间是由常规的粘接力结合在一起。
在文件夹内放入一叠文件时,利用公知的装置加热夹脊及其附近的材料,通过选择粘接剂和选择夹脊材料,根据本发明即可在热作用下发生化学反应使两种材料结合在一起,最终在粘接剂层和夹脊之间形成永久性的粘结。粘接剂层和一叠文件之间的粘结是按通常的方式靠粘接剂的粘接力产生的。
作为一个例子,当文件夹的夹脊是用聚氯乙烯制成时,应使用可与聚氯乙烯的氯形成氢键的粘接剂。
显然,文件夹的夹脊可以用不同于聚氯乙烯的材料所组成,但是必须选择一种合适的粘接剂,以便根据本发明产生化学结合。
本发明不受所描述的实施例的限制,类似的具有粘接文件用的内粘接夹脊的通用文件夹、特别是选择粘接剂和选择夹脊材料组成的各种变型都不超出本发明的范围。
Claims (3)
1、具有粘接文件用的内粘接夹脊的通用文件夹,由一个前封面、一个后封面和一个在内面含有一种热固粘接剂制成的粘接层的夹脊组成,本发明的特征在于:所述的粘接层的粘接剂和文件夹的夹脊是由在热作用下进行化学反应产生永久粘结的材料制成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的通用文件夹,其特征在于:夹脊的材料由聚氯乙烯组成,所加粘接剂与聚氯乙烯的氯形成氢键。
3、基本上如上文所述的具有粘接文件的内粘接夹脊的通用文件夹。
