Abstract

Description
本发明是关于以通式为(1)的一种或几种磷酸铵为活性成分与一种固体的或液体的填料或载体及任选的其它添加剂,最好是表面活性剂和/或粘合促进剂配制的调节植物生长和加速作物成熟的制剂,其中活活性成分占0.2%至99.5%,其余组分补足至100%(按重量),

R2为一个(C1-4烷氧基)-(C1-4烷基)或一个C6-20烷基;
R3为氢或一个C1-15烷基。
通式(Ⅰ)活性物质的制备及其作为杀菌剂制剂中的活性成分已在匈牙利专利说明书No184,319中叙述过;然而,该说明书没有叙述上述活性物的调节植物生长的作用。
已发现,当剂量合适时,上述通式(1)的活性物对大田作物(如小麦、玉米、糖甜菜和向日葵),园艺植物(如辣椒,西红柿,萝卜和马铃薯),此外还有果树(如苹果)及浆果植物(如穗醋粟及葡萄)有调节根的发育、生长,叶面的形成以及保苗、保花和催熟等作用。
使用本发明的活性成分浓度为1至2000PPm的制剂能调节植物的生长或加速作物成熟,使用剂量大小取决于被处理的植物的种类、处理的目的、该植物的生长期及制剂的品种。
本发明也还涉及调节植物生长,促进保花、保苗和催熟的处理方法。该方法包括:用剂量为1至2000PPm的活性成分处理种子、芽、无性繁殖组织和花;或在播种前以剂量为0.001-5.0克/米2的活性成分处理土壤;或在栽植后或压条后喷洒1至2000PPm活性成分,处理中所用制剂以通式为(1)的化合物为活性化合物,式中,R1、R2和R3符合上面规定,作为活性成分的化合物与固体的或液体的填料或载体和任选的其它添加剂,最好是表面活性剂和/或粘合促进剂与活性成分一起制成制剂,其中活性成分占0.2%至99.5%,其余组分补足至100%(按重量)。
实际应用前,先将本发明的活性成分与固体的或液体的载体和任选的其它添加剂,适宜的表面活性剂及粘合促进剂制成制剂。
合适的载体包括有助于活性成分的吸附或吸收的有机或无机物质,天然的或合成的物质(如水,甲醇,甘油,蜡,树脂及滑石等)。
合适的表面活性剂包括离子型的和/或非离子型的乳化剂、分散剂或湿润剂,最好是烷基芳基聚乙二醇醚和脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯;合适的粘合促进剂例如是:聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚乙二醇和羧甲基纤维素。
本发明的制剂可制成:水溶性浓制剂(WSC)、可湿性粉剂(WP)、粉剂、乳油(EC)或颗粒剂(G)。

发芽后,以250或500ppm浓度的试验化合物,赤霉酸或吲哚-3-乙酸溶液分别喷雾种在培养瓶中的玉米(5株/瓶)上。于未处理植株四叶期时计算植株长度、绿叶的量、根的量(表Ⅱ)。测定每株植物第二片叶叶尖的叶绿素含量(表Ⅲ)
结果很明显:与未处理的对照植物相比,经每种活性剂处理的植株,长得明显地快。
而且,从植株的长度/绿叶量比值表明:BF类物质比参比物质的作用更为好。
因此,可以说,使用例如BF-120或BF-96对玉米的习性没有不利的影响;而赤霉酸对玉米习性有不利的影响:玉米不成比例地长成过分细长的苗。
叶绿素的测定数值表明:无论在一克绿苗中还是在全株绿苗中,BF-120对叶绿素形成量的作用是最理想的。
实例9
在开花开始时,分别用含有250ppm或500ppmBF-120的溶液一次喷洒分小块放置的西红柿苗,直至液滴滴下为止。
在处理后的第一天、第四天和第十三天,从苗上取同样叶片高度的相同叶片(leaf lobe),测定叶绿素的含量(表Ⅳ),

在栽种后开花开始前,用各种浓度的BF一系列的活性剂喷洒西红柿苗(20叶梗)(重复4次)计算第一次收获的西红柿量。结果列于表Ⅵ中。

2、一种调节植物生长的方法,特别是有助于保花、保苗、催熟、根的形成及储存营养物质部分的发育的方法,该方法包括用权利要求1的一种制剂以1至2000ppm量的活性成分处理种子、无繁殖的植物组织、芽和花,或在播种前以0.001-5.0克/米2活性成分,或在栽苗后或压条后用1至2000ppm活性成分喷洒土壤。
