Abstract

本发明提供了一种熔断保险装置和电路,以解决传统的熔断保险装置,被保护对象也受到熔断电流冲击的问题。使用磁力和大气压力加快熔断保险过程,具有负压空间的装置抵消熔断保险过程出现的爆炸应力和膨胀应力,这种装置亦可用于传统的熔断保险装置。
这种熔断保险装置和电路,不是象传统的熔断保险装置串接在电路中,而是并联在两根或更多根数的导线以及不同的电位点之间。

Description

用电回路之前的预保险熔断,相线与相线,或相线与零(地)线的接触或电弧击穿,采用如下所述装置(方式)。
a、一个由一片或几片相互绝缘的熔断金属封口、且封口处下凹有水银或低熔点金属,带负压电极的负压容器构成的负压熔断器,其负压和水银或低熔点金属重力、加速相线与相线,或相线与零(地)线的接触或电弧击穿的速度。
并且负压容器的外壳能起到支撑防振(震)作用,负压容器的负压空间,可以抵消电弧引起的膨胀应力或爆炸应力。
负压熔断器(图1)由负压容器①、负压电极②、熔断金属封口③、水银或低熔点金属④、外框支架⑤组成。
b、一个由磁弹和磁铁(电磁铁或其它磁铁),以及间距调节螺丝构成的磁力熔断器。
磁力加速相线与相线、或相线与零(地)线的接触或电弧击穿。调距螺丝能调节额定击穿电流。
磁力熔断器由磁弹⑥、磁铁(电磁铁或其它磁铁)⑦、调距螺丝⑧、外框与支架⑨构成。
上述熔断器可用于包括交、直流电路在内的所有电路中。

Claims (3)

1、一种外力加速熔断过程的熔断保险装置和电路,在用电器之前的交直流电路中使用,其特征在于:
a、一个由一片或多于一片相互绝缘的熔断金属封口,且封口处下凹储有水银或者低熔点金属、带负压电极的负压容器,
b、负压电极和熔断金属封口分别连接具有不同电位的相线与相线或者相线与零(地)线或者是直流电路的正极线和负极线。
2、根据权利要求1所述的熔断保险装置和电路其特征在于,和一根进线或熔丝连接的磁铁(包括电磁铁),和磁铁连接用于调节磁铁和磁弹距离的调距螺丝,和一根进线或熔丝连接的磁弹。
3、根据权利要求1所述的熔断保险装置,其特征是安装在普通的熔断保险装置中,用于抵御熔断过程的电弧引起的膨胀应力或爆炸应力的负压容器。
