利用纯碱工业蒸馏废液固形物脱硫
本发明属于环境保护领域。
本发明前采用石灰或石灰石脱除燃煤产生的二氧化硫。当用二倍化学计算量的石灰石粉脱硫时,其脱硫效率为40~60%。石灰、石灰石是各种工业、建筑等领域的重要原料。
本发明是要提供一种工业废渣代替石灰、石灰石,达到以废治废的目的。
本发明的要点是利用纯碱工业蒸馏废液的固形物进行燃煤脱硫,其用量与煤用量的比例不宜超过1.5∶10。
该固形物含有大量的碳酸钙,颗粒细,反应活性高,脱硫效率优于等量石灰、石灰石。将固形物综合利用,变废为宝,有良好的经济和环境效益。
例1:
取0.2克和0.3克的固形物分别掺入2克煤中,在850℃下的高温炉里燃烧,测得脱硫效率列表一。
例2:
将0.2克固形物与其等当量的石灰、石灰石分别渗入2克煤中,燃烧后脱硫效率对比情况列表二。
