Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种在直立式反应炉中产生碳黑的设备,在它上端装有反应室和反应器冷却盖。在反应器盖里,有供应计量过的空气分量和液体燃料分量的进料器。这些分量在均化室里混合,而在反应室里点燃。用装有喷嘴的进料管供应液体燃料分量,为了供应空气分量,空气导管在同轴地包围着喷嘴。两个分量在反应室里均匀混合、部分气化、均匀分布而且局部燃烧起来。所得的烟道气和碳黑通常在热交换器里加以冷却,并且将它送到过滤器装置。
所产生的碳黑质量随反应器里的热量条件而定。尤其应避免在进口区出现两个分量,碳氢化合物和空气的热过载。为此,曾建议通过装进冷却元件来冷却反应器的盖子和均化室。此外,两个分量,空气和碳氢化合物应该完全混合也是很重要的。为了达到这个目的,可以采用空气挡板,这种挡板对喷嘴来说是可调的,而且促进上述分量的彻底拌合。
本发明涉及一种在带有反应室的直立式反应炉中产生碳黑的设备,在上述炉子的上端装有反应器冷却盖。在上述盖里有计量空气分量和液体燃料分量供应用的进料器。这些分量在均化室里混合,而在反应室里点燃。用装有喷嘴的进料管供应燃料分量,为了供应上述空气分量,空气导管在同轴方向上包围着喷嘴。在这导管里有空气挡板,它对喷咀来说是可调的,而包括喷嘴在内的进料管的指向反应器的下部,由构成均化室边界的耐高温衬料包围着。
按照本发明,安装这类设备时,不可以在燃料进料管的附近有热过载。此外,也应防止碳氢化合物沿着进料管向上通过并沉积在那儿,因为沉积物会污染碳黑。为了达到此目的,这类包括喷嘴在内的燃料进料管在衬料的附近装有热屏蔽罩,按照本发明主题的一个较佳实施例,这个热屏蔽罩做成一个在同轴方向上围绕着进料管和喷嘴的套管,而且在燃烧气体的通道上固定到空气挡板。为防止沉积物产生,在喷嘴附近的套管底端处,朝上放置一个环形平板。
本发明更进一步的特征将从叙述和附图中获悉,在附图展示所建议的设备的进料器实施例。下面提到的以叙述和图示出来的特征,不仅单独地而且其任一种组合方式都可以构成本发明的主题。
这些用以产生碳黑的设备有一个直立反应器,顶端以反应器的盖子封闭。反应器的盖子最好做成圆顶形,具有一个基准面,以及装有进料口以安放供应计量过的空气和液体燃料的进料口。将上述进料器装入进料口时,应将其均化室平放在反应器的盖子的基准面的范围内。
附图展示这样一个进料器的垂直截面。进料器有一圆柱形外壳1,它装有侧面接头2,在顶端用平板3封闭。圆柱形外壳1向下的轴向连续部分构成隔焰套管4,在外壳1的下密封板6的附近以螺栓接合5和外壳1连接。
油枪7贯穿外壳1的中央,它向上通过平板3的中央的相应开口,并装有耦接头8,以此和软管连接,而且经过软管供应燃料。外壳1还有一个套管9,它固定在平板3并与油枪7以同心地向下延伸,使密封板6和套管9的下边之间仍有一空间。油枪7也用伸缩套管包围住,伸缩套管有一固定部分10和可以相对于10移动的部分11。伸缩套管10的固定部分的上端固定在平板3。可动部分11以径向接头12连接到调整杆13,它向上穿过平板3的相应开口并装有手柄14。在伸缩套管可动部分11的下端有空气挡板15,它固定到向下延伸的热屏蔽罩16。热屏蔽罩16制成套管那样在同轴地包围着油枪7的下部,如果需要,也可以包着油枪7端部的喷嘴17,而平放在燃烧空气流动的通道。
隔焰套管4的下部装有耐高温衬料18,后者一开头就构成稍宽于空气挡板15的直径的圆柱形空间19。这圆柱形空间向下合并到同轴地有较宽内壁的燃烧室20。室20也有耐高温衬料21。燃料和空气在空间19和在室20里被均匀化。
为了检查空气流并在喷嘴17附近形成涡流,套管形的热屏蔽罩16装有内向反射的环形平板22。整个安排应使空气既流过热屏蔽罩16(可以由,例如不锈钢制成)的内部也流过16的外部,以便使它基本冷却。这样做可以防止留在喷嘴17的碳氢化合物沿着油枪7向上移动而形成沉积物,也防止因辐射热使油枪过度地被加热。
操作所述设备时,燃料,例如重油由贮油槽被抽出,以压力泵运送,并在流量加热器(未示出)里加热至约130℃。以耦接头8把进料管接到油枪7,因而,被加热了的重油流经油枪7到达注入喷嘴17。也可能装有温度和流量的控制器以及压力计等,但假定其详情是熟知的,故在附图中未示出。
燃烧空气以熟知方式供应,即当此空气加热到约200℃后,以鼓风机使它通过侧面接头2进入圆柱形外壳。空气从外壳1通过密封平板6的中央开口而进入隔焰套管4,并被引导到空气挡板15,其高度可以随所述的伸缩套管10和11而变化。空气挡板15使流过的热空气产生一强烈旋涡。于是用热屏蔽罩16和环形圆盘22防止油枪过热和堵塞。
碳黑的质量由燃料空气的比例来确定。所需的碳黑内表面积越大,所选的空气比例就必需越大。
在所述方式中,因辐射而产生的热传递,通过热屏蔽罩16的装置后,基本上降低下来,而热屏蔽罩16的壁热吸收由空气流吸走。在发生旋涡的空间没有点燃出现,燃烧是发生的被注入了碳氢化合物和旋动空气的混合体的反应空间里。
Claims (3)
1、用以产生碳黑的设备,其特征是,该设备包括一个带有反应室和反应器冷却盖的反应炉,在上述反应器的盖里装有进料器以供应计量过的液体燃料分量和空气分量,这些分量在均化室里混合而在上述反应室里点燃,上述液体燃料分量由进料管供应,该进料管装有安置在上述进料管末端的喷嘴,还有围绕着上述供应液体燃料分量用的进料管的供应空气分量用的空气导管,空气挡板安置在上述空气导管里并可相对于上述喷嘴调整,上述进料管的下部指向反应室而上述喷嘴则被构成均化室边界的耐高温衬料包围,以及一个安置在上述衬料附近的热屏蔽罩,而屏蔽罩包围着上述进料管和上述喷嘴。
2、根据权利要求1的设备,其特征是,其中的热屏蔽罩制成套管那样同轴地包围着进料管和喷嘴,并将它固定到燃烧空气分量的通路里的上述空气挡板。
3、根据权利要求2的设备,其特征是,其中的环形平板放置在喷嘴附近的套管的下端。
