Abstract

光栅膜彩虹玻璃是属于光学技术领域,这种玻璃是把三层刻线密度为400~1200条/毫米的正方形塑料或明胶一维光栅膜,使其刻线方向成120°重叠放置(也可用一层交叉光栅膜代替),并夹持在两片透明薄板之间胶合而成。(石英玻璃、有机玻璃)
把这种玻璃置于普通光源之前,便产生由七种单色光组成的交错辉映的彩色图案。同时由于光源的性质、形状、数量、位置的不同而形成的彩色图案也发生奇异的变化。
这种玻璃可用来制做灯具、玩具、茶具、室内装饰品等。

Description

光栅膜彩虹玻璃是属于光学领域中,使光栅膜应用于人民日常生活中的一种新产品。
这种实用新型是根据光栅的特性,利用明胶或塑料光栅膜而提出的适于实用的新的技术方案。
本实用新型的目的是为了开拓光栅膜的新的应用途径。美化人民的生活。其内容是:利用三层刻线密度为400~1200条/毫米的正方形明胶或塑料一维光栅膜,使其刻线方向成120°重叠放置(也可以用一层交叉光栅膜代替),并用两片透明薄板(石英玻璃、有机玻璃等)夹持胶合而成。把这种玻璃置于普通的光源前便可产生由七种单色光交织成的彩色光网。一层一维光栅膜的刻线是平行等间距的刻线,三层一维光栅膜其刻线成120°重叠后在每平方毫米面积上就构成数以万计的光孔,因而随着光源的性质、形状、数量和位置的变化,彩色光网的形状也可发生奇异的变化,从而构成各种美丽的图案。利用这种玻璃可以制做崭新的灯具、玩具、茶具、室内装置品以及宣传广告装置等。
本实用新型不仅为一维光栅膜开辟了新的应用途径(以往只用于做教学光栅),而且使交叉光栅得以广泛的实际应用,制造这种玻璃投资少,材料来源充足,操作技术简单,成本低,效益大。
附图为这种玻璃的结构和效果示意图:图中(1)为光源部分(2)、(4)为透明薄板(3)为三片一维光栅膜(或一片交叉光栅膜)(5)为彩色光网。
本实用新型是这样实现:选一小型企业,购进现成玻璃,自制光栅膜,便可批量生产光栅膜彩虹玻璃。并用这种玻璃制造灯具等产品。

Claims (2)

1、光栅膜彩虹玻璃,其特征在于两个透明薄板夹持三层一维光栅膜胶合而成,其中三层一维光栅膜重叠放置,其刻线方向为120°。
2、根据权利要求1所述的光栅膜彩虹玻璃,其特征在于,三层一维光栅膜的刻线密度应在400~1200条/毫米之间。
