Description

本发明是属轻骨料混凝制品及材料，目的是减轻其重量、节省原材料，又基本上保持或改善原凝固材料的性能。现有轻骨料混凝制品主要用水泥作凝固原料，其轻骨料用浮石、火山渣;煤灰陶粒、页岩陶粒、粘土陶粒及轻砂、泡沫的玻璃、塑料、树脂等。本发明特征是可凝固或可烧结的金属或非金属都可选作凝固原料，如钢、铁、铜、铝、合金、塑料、胶、橡胶、粘土等等。轻骨料有空心的、泡沫的、轻料的金属或非金属颗粒，最好是园球形的。粒子的大小、材料的选用、轻骨料与凝固原料比例都看需要而定。

Claims (2)

1、轻骨料混凝制品的凝固原料有水泥，所用轻骨料有煤灰陶粒、浮石、火山渣、页岩陶粒、粘土陶粒及轻砂、泡沫的玻璃、塑料、树脂等。本发明的特征是，其凝固原料是选用可凝固或可烧结的金属或非金属材料；轻骨料是金属或非金属颗粒。
2、根据权利要求1的轻骨料混凝制品，其特征是轻骨料最好是园球形的，空心的。
