本发明涉及一种新型复合铝板材。
背景技术
在各种建筑、装修工程中需要使用大量的板材,在工程制造过程中,会留下大量的废弃物品,这些废料通常都是被当做毫无用处的垃圾运到堆填区去处理掉,既要花费大笔的处理费,又浪费了材料,而且还会对废料造成污染,如果对这些废料进行燃烧的话,会对环境造成严重的破坏,因此,为解决上述问题,特提供一种新的技术方案来满足需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种新型复合铝板材。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种新型复合铝板材,由以下重量百分比的原料及其配比制成:铝70%-80%,无机填料1%-3%,水泥2%-6%,橡胶2%-4%,塑料0.5%-1.5%,粘合剂3%-5%,其余为橡胶。
一种新型复合铝板材,由以下重量百分比的原料及其配比制成:铝75%-78%,无机填料1%-3%,水泥4%-6%,橡胶2%-4%,塑料1%-1.5%,粘合剂3%-5%,其余为橡胶。
所述无机填料为石棉。
所述塑料采用PET或PP或PE其中的一种。
所述橡胶为乙烯丙烯橡胶。
本发明的优点是:该种复合铝板材强度高,对一些废旧的塑料进行回收再利用,大大降低了生产成本,同时保护了环境,实现资源的循环利用。

实施例1
一种新型复合铝板材,由以下重量百分比的原料及其配比制成:铝70%,石棉1%,水泥2%,橡胶2%,PET0.5%,粘合剂3%,其余为乙烯丙烯橡胶。

一种新型复合铝板材,由以下重量百分比的原料及其配比制成:铝75%,石棉2%,水泥4%,橡胶3%,PP1%,粘合剂4%,其余为乙烯丙烯橡胶。
实施例3
一种新型复合铝板材,由以下重量百分比的原料及其配比制成:铝80%,石棉3%,水泥6%,橡胶4%,PE1.5%,粘合剂5%,其余为乙烯丙烯橡胶。
本发明的优点是:该种复合铝板材强度高,对一些废旧的塑料进行回收再利用,大大降低了生产成本,同时保护了环境,实现资源的循环利用。

1.一种新型复合铝板材,其特征在于:由以下重量百分比的原料及其配比制成:铝75%-78%,无机填料1%-3%,水泥4%-6%,橡胶2%-4%,塑料1%-1.5%,粘合剂3%-5%,其余为橡胶;所述无机填料为石棉;所述塑料采用PET或PP或PE其中的一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型复合铝板材,其特征在于:所述橡胶为乙烯丙烯橡胶。
