Abstract

用激光全息方法将干板曝光一次后旋转一个角度(如90度)再曝光一次或多次,制成有两组或多组相交一定角度(如90度、60度或45度等)的条纹的全息网格光栅玻璃片。灯光通过此种玻璃片制成的各种形式的灯罩或光屏后成为五彩斑斓的光芒。可用于照明灯具、舞台布景、广告橱窗等需彩光装饰照明的场合。

Description

带全息网格光栅的彩光灯具
本发明是一种用全息网格光栅的彩光灯具。
通常获得彩色灯光的方法是将灯泡上涂上彩色或采用彩色玻璃作灯泡。或者在灯泡内充以某种特殊气体。用这些办法作出的灯具一般发出的都是单一色彩的光,而且制造也并不简单。
本发明的目的是用一种简便的方法使普通白炽灯构成的灯具发出美丽的彩光。
实现上述目的的办法就是,让灯光通过全息网格光栅玻璃片,使白光被分解成红橙黄绿青蓝紫等多种彩色光,形成射向四面八方的多层次的彩色光芒。将光栅移动或转动,或将二层或多层光栅重叠不动或各层光栅交错运动,光芒更加绚丽多彩。可用于照明、装饰、布景、广告等各种场合。
全息网格光栅玻璃片的制法是:1、在强度相等的两组准平行光束的干涉场中,对一张天津感光材料厂全息干板I型进行一次曝光;2.将干板绕着通过干板中心的法线转动一定的角度(例如90度),再进行一次曝光;3.将两次曝光后的全息干板进行显影、定影、漂白、脱水、烘干处理,便得到一块全息网格光栅玻璃片。
全息网格光栅玻璃片制作实例1:用天津感光材料厂I型全息干板,第一次曝光5秒,第二次曝光6秒。用D19显影液,在20℃时影3分钟。用F-5定影5分钟。漂白液用R-10,脱水使用酒精,然后烘干。
全息网格光栅玻璃片制作实例2:用HP-P633型全息干板,第一次曝光时间140秒,第二次曝光时间150秒。用稀释的D76显影液(1份D76显影液加8份水),在25℃时显影4分钟。定影液用F-5,定影5分钟。漂白液是R-10,脱水用酒精,然后烘干。
用上述方法制作的全息网格光栅玻璃片,面积大,且因用于灯具,故精度要求低,价格便宜。
制作全息网格光栅的光路如附图,图中:
A-40mW氦氖激光器
B-快门
C1、C2、C3-反射镜
D-分束镜(半反半透)
E1、E2-扩束镜(相对孔径71∶45)
F1、F2-准直镜(焦距54cm,通过孔径12cm,相对孔径1∶45)
G-全息干板
用上述方法制成的全息网格光栅玻璃片,可以按需要设计成各种形状的灯罩或透光屏,灯泡可以是静止的或运动的。还可以是闪烁的。灯丝形状不同彩光形状也会不同。光源面积大时,效果更佳。

1、一种具有光源和光栅片的彩光灯具,其特征在于所述的光栅片为全息网格光栅片。
2、按权利要求1所述的彩光灯具,其特征在于所述的全息网格光栅片为一片或多片。
3、按权利要求2所述的彩光灯具,其特征在于全息网格光栅片是静止或运动的。
4、按权利要求1所述的彩光灯具,其特征在于光源为静止或运动的。
