Abstract

发明属于光电技术,更确切地说属于使用热释电响应元的红外光电探测器,本发明具有前截止光谱特性的响应元,响应元是一个带有可见到近红外波段完全透明的正面电极和一个背面电极的热释电薄片,本发明适用于红外遥控开关和测温仪等红外仪器,可以避免阳光干扰的影响,降低成本50%,提高探测率一倍以上。

Description

发明属于光电技术,更确切地说属于使用热释电响应元的红外光电探测器,供红外报警,红外遥控开关和红外测温仪等红外仪器。
已往的热释电探测器内装有一个热释电响应元薄片,该薄片二个表面垂直于自发极化并在二表面上有二对电极,与热释电薄片一起构成灵敏元和补偿元,灵敏元正对入射辐射一边的电极(称为正面电极)与背面电极间的重叠部分为灵敏元面积,它与补偿元面积相等,响应元封装于一个保护外壳内(参见USP    4437002)。
普通热释电探测器对紫外至远红外波段的辐射都有响应,在应用时易受阳光或其他可见光的干扰,而且补偿元产生噪声使探测器灵敏度下降。
这种探测器用于入侵报警,遥控开关和测温仪时一般必须在探测器前加一块前截止滤光片。这种滤光片采用多层膜干涉方法设计而成,制作工艺一般比较复杂,这对于降低仪器成本十分不利。
本发明的目的在于克服上述缺点,不仅可以提高性能,而且可以降低成本。
本发明的主要技术特征在于有一个前截止光谱响应的热释电响应元,响应元是镀上正面电极和背面电极的热释电薄片(如钽酸锂单晶)薄片二表面垂直于自发极化,正面电极分割成二部分,分别作为灵敏元和补偿元的正面电极。响应元固定在陶瓷支座上,密封在带有红外窗口的管壳内。灵敏元的正面电极是一个由可见光到近红外某起始波长(如6微米)完全透明的半导体氧化物薄膜(如氧化铀)。或采用在薄金属膜(如50~500埃银膜)上制作一个栅状金属电极,补偿元正面电极与背面电极都是金属薄膜(如银)制成,补偿元面积是灵敏元面积的三倍。
附图(一)系所建议的前截止热释电探测器剖面图,为了更好地表明其结构,附有电极正视图,如图(二)所示,1.外壳;2.红外窗口;3.响应元热释电薄片;4.灵敏元正面电极;5.补偿元正面电极;6.背面电极;7.陶瓷支座;8.电极引线;9.灵敏元引出电极。
背面电极与外壳间距离应大于0.5毫米,红外窗口(如硅片)有一层增透膜,本发明用于红外报警仪,红外遥控开关和测温仪,不仅可以消除阳光干扰的影响,而且由于探测率高,并省略滤光片可以使成本降低50%,本发明较之已有的热释电探测器探测率要提高一倍以上。

Claims (3)

1、一种用于红外报警、红外遥控开关和红外测温仪等红外仪器的采用热释电材料和红外窗口等组成的热释电探测器,其特征在于有一个前截止光谱响应的热释电响应元,该响应元是镀上正面电极和背面电极的热释电薄片(如钽酸锂单晶),正面电极分割成二部份,分别作为灵敏元和补偿元的正面电极,整个响应元固定在陶瓷支座上,然后封装在带有红外窗口的管壳内。
2、按照权项1所述的热释电探测器的灵敏元,其正面电极特征在于灵敏元正面电极是一个由可见光到近红外某起始吸收波长(如6微米)完全透明的半导体氧化物薄膜(如氧化铀)或采用在50埃至500埃的薄金属膜(如银)上制作一个栅状金属电极。
3、按照权项1所述的热释电探测器的补偿元,其特征在于补偿元正面电极与背面电极都是金属膜(如银)制成,其重叠部份,即补偿元面积是灵敏元面积的三倍。
