本实用新型属于配电变压器技术领域,涉及一种干式变压器铁轭。
背景技术
传统的叠装的干式配电变压器的铁轭形状常采用矩形截面、倒多级T形倒T形截面、正多级T形正T形截面、多级圆形截面(如附图1、图2所示)、多级椭圆形截面。在实际使用的铁心结构中,对于与心柱截面积相同、级数较多且采用斜接缝的铁轭,运用以上形状的铁轭都不同程度地存在着硅钢片的耗材较多的缺陷。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构合理、能够减少铁心硅钢片消耗的干式变压器铁铁轭。
本实用新型的干式变压器铁轭是由多级硅钢片叠装而成的多级结构,在其主体的横截面上,各级硅钢片的内侧端位于同一个基准平面上,各级硅钢片的外侧端的轮廓与基准平面的轮廓构成“D形”。
本实用新型的干式变压器铁轭在与圆形截面的心柱以斜接缝形式结合构成铁心时,与使用传统圆形截面形状的铁轭相比,可以在保持窗高不变的条件下,最大限度地降低除心柱最大级外的较小级硅钢片的长度。经实际测试,采用本实用新型结构的铁轭比采用相同面积的多级圆形铁轭能节省硅钢片耗材1%~2%。

具体实施方式
如图3所示,本实用新型的铁轭1由多级硅钢片11构成,各级硅钢片的内侧端位于同一个基准平面12上,各级硅钢片的外侧端与基准平面构成“D形”截面。
如图4所示,圆形截面的心柱2在基准平面处通过斜接缝与铁轭1结合,可以最大限度地节省硅钢片的消耗。

1、一种干式变压器铁轭,由多级硅钢片叠装构成多级结构,其特征是:在其主体的横截面上,各级硅钢片(11)的内侧端位于同一个基准平面(12)上,各级硅钢片的外侧端的轮廓与基准平面的轮廓构成“D形”。
