现有技术：目前非晶合金变压器的铁芯开口搭接处仅仅是一层层搭接在一起的，这样不仅带来了许多碎片，更使变压器噪声大大增加，还严重的污染了环境。
三、发明内容
本实用新型针对上述技术问题，提供一种能抑止碎片扩散、降低噪声的非晶合金变压器。
本实用新型的技术解决方案为：一种非晶合金变压器，包括上压板、下压板和铁芯，铁芯开口搭接处的端面设有硅胶。
本实用新型产生的有益效果为：这种变压器在铁心开口搭接处采用硅胶涂封，封住了开口处的碎片，降低了变压器的噪声。

实施例1：一种非晶合金变压器，包括上压板1、下压板2和铁芯3，铁芯开口搭接处4的端面设有硅胶。在非晶合金铁心开口搭接处采用硅胶涂封，这样既封住了开口处的碎片，最重要的是降低了变压器的噪音。例如，SHRN-M-500/10，其噪音从57db降至55db。
