Abstract

一种锁的离合反锁装置,包括执行销1、内离合轴2、离合控制模块3、外离合轴4、反锁块5;外离合轴4套装于内离合轴2上,且两者分离不能连动;内离合轴2设有孔21,执行销1活动置于孔21中;离合控制模块3置于内离合轴2内,离合控制模块3上设有凸台32,执行销1设有凹槽11,凸台32插入凹槽11中;反锁块5嵌装于内离合轴2中并部分凸出。利用执行销1伸出或不伸出内离合轴2实现外离合轴4与内离合轴2的连动或不连动,从而实现离合装置合与离的操作;利用外离合轴4推动反锁块5带动内离合轴2转动,以实现反锁功能。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种锁的零部件,特别涉及一种锁的离合反锁装置。
背景技术
目前,人们所使用的锁多为独立的离合装置,本实用新型将离合与反锁装置相结合。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种利用简易的机械机构巧妙实现离合反锁操作的离合反锁装置,结构简单,使用方便,生产成本低。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种锁的离合反锁装置,包括执行销1、内离合轴2、离合控制模块3、外离合轴4、反锁块5;外离合轴4套装于内离合轴2上,且两者分离不能连动;内离合轴2设有孔21,执行销1活动置于孔21中;离合控制模块3置于内离合轴2内,离合控制模块3上设有凸台32,执行销1设有凹槽11,凸台32插入凹槽11中;反锁块5嵌装于内离合轴2中并部分凸出。
所述离合控制模块3上的输出轴31可轴向移动,离合控制模块3自身的限位装置可限制其位移。
由于采用了上述结构,利用执行销1伸出或不伸出内离合轴2实现外离合轴4与内离合轴2的连动或不连动,从而实现离合装置合与离的操作;利用外离合轴4推动反锁块5带动内离合轴2转动,以实现反锁功能。

具体实施方式
图1所示为右开门锁离合反锁装置,现以右开门锁离合反锁装置为例结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细的说明:
一种锁的离合反锁装置,包括执行销1、内离合轴2、离合控制模块3、外离合轴4、反锁块5;外离合轴4套装于内离合轴2上,且两者分离不能连动;内离合轴2设有孔21,执行销1活动置于孔21中;离合控制模块3置于内离合轴2内,离合控制模块3上设有凸台32,执行销1设有凹槽11,凸台32插入凹槽11中;反锁块5嵌装于内离合轴2中并部分凸出。
所述离合控制模块3上的输出轴31可轴向移动,离合控制模块3自身的限位装置可限制其位移。
如图3所示,外离合轴4拨动反锁块5带动内离合轴2逆时针旋转,到达图4所示的反锁点后,内离合轴2停在反锁点,外离合轴4顺时针方向旋转复位至初始位置,即图5所示,实现反转反锁。
如图8所示状态,离合控制模块3的输出轴31向左轴向移动时,离合控制模块3的凸台32推动执行销1向外移动,由于离合控制模块3自身的限位作用,执行销1伸出内离合轴2如图5所示位置,外离合轴4拨动执行销1带动内离合轴2顺时针旋转,到达如图6所示的开锁点后,内离合轴2停在开锁点,外离合轴4逆时针旋转复位至初始位置,实现离合装置接通开锁,即如图7所示。
如图5所示状态,离合控制模块3的输出轴31向右轴向移动时,离合控制模块3的凸台32推动执行销1向内移动,由于离合控制模块3自身的限位作用,执行销1缩回内离合轴2如图8所示位置,外离合轴4顺时针旋转,无法拨动执行销1,从而不能带动内离合轴2旋转开锁,如图9所示离合装置处于分离状态,空转锁门,外离合轴4逆时针方向旋转复位至初始位置,即如图10所示。
图2所示为左开门锁离合反锁装置,除旋转方向不同外,其工作原理与右开门锁离合反锁装置相同。

Claims (2)

1、一种锁的离合反锁装置,其特征在于:包括执行销(1)、内离合轴(2)、离合控制模块(3)、外离合轴(4)、反锁块(5);外离合轴(4)套装于内离合轴(2)上,且两者分离不能连动;内离合轴(2)设有孔(21),执行销(1)活动置于孔(21)中;离合控制模块(3)置于内离合轴(2)内,离合控制模块(3)上设有凸台(32),执行销(1)设有凹槽(11),凸台(32)插入凹槽(11)中;反锁块(5)嵌装于内离合轴(2)中并部分凸出。
2、根据权利要求1所述的锁的离合反锁装置,其特征在于所述离合控制模块(3)上的输出轴(31)可轴向移动,离合控制模块(3)自身的限位装置可限制其位移。
