Abstract

一种锁的离合器左右互换装置,包括离合执行销、旋转离合轴A、旋转离合轴B;离合执行销活动置于旋转离合轴A上的圆孔内,并与旋转离合轴A的内置驱动模块连接,模块控制离合执行销的缩进或伸出旋转离合轴A;旋转离合轴A置于旋转离合轴B的中心孔内,两者可绕共同中心轴旋转。旋转离合轴A上有第一、第二挡边,旋转离合轴B上有第三、第四挡边,分别连接驱动输出、输入轴;左开门时:第三挡边与离合执行销对应相抵,第四挡边与第二挡边对应相抵;右开门时:第三挡边与第二挡边相抵,第四挡边与离合执行销相抵。上述结构可以实现离合器的左右互换。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种锁的零部件,特别涉及一种锁的离合器装置。
背景技术
目前,锁的离合器装置多种多样。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了提供一种利用简易的机械机构巧妙实现离合器左右互换的离合器装置,结构简单、使用方便、生产成本低。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是:
一种锁的离合器左右互换装置,包括离合执行销、旋转离合轴A、旋转离合轴B;离合执行销活动置于旋转离合轴A上的圆孔内,可缩进或伸出旋转离合轴A;旋转离合轴A的内置驱动模块与离合执行销连接,通过该模块控制离合执行销的缩进或伸出旋转离合轴A;旋转离合轴A置于旋转离合轴B的中心孔内,两者可绕共同中心轴旋转。
所述的离合器左右互换装置,旋转离合轴A上有第一挡边、第二挡边,且连接从动输出轴,旋转离合轴B上有第三挡边、第四挡边,且连接驱动输入轴。左开门时:第三挡边与离合执行销对应相抵,第四挡边与第二挡边对应相抵;右开门时:第三挡边与第一挡边对应相抵,第四挡边与与离合执行销对应相抵。
由于采用了上述结构,从而实现正转开锁、反转反锁的离合器左右互换功能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细说明:
一种锁的离合器左右互换装置,包括离合执行销(1)、旋转离合轴A(2)、旋转离合轴B(3);离合执行销(1)活动置于旋转离合轴A(2)上的圆孔(21)内,可缩进或伸出旋转离合轴A(2);旋转离合轴A(2)的内置驱动模块(22)与离合执行销(1)连接,通过该模块(22)控制离合执行销(1)的缩进或伸出旋转离合轴A(2);旋转离合轴A(2)置于旋转离合轴B(3)的中心孔内,两者可绕共同中心轴旋转.
所述的一种锁的离合器左右互换装置,旋转离合轴A(2)上有第一、第二挡边(23、24),且连接从动输出轴,旋转离合轴B(3)上有第三、第四挡边(31、32),且连接驱动输入轴;左开门时:第三挡边(31)与离合执行销(1)对应相抵,第四挡边(32)与第二挡边(24)对应相抵;右开门时:第三挡边(31)与第一挡边(23)对应相抵,第四挡边(32)与离合执行销(1)对应相抵。
按图3所示:右开门正转,旋转离合轴B(3)在限位行程内正转,当离合执行销(1)在驱动模块(22)的作用下,伸出旋转离合轴A(2)外时,则与旋转离合轴B(3)上的第四挡边(32)相抵,旋转离合轴B(3)通过离合执行销(1)拨动旋转离合轴A(2)一块正转,即开锁。当离合执行销(1)在驱动模块(22)的作用下,缩进旋转离合轴A(2)内时,则与旋转离合轴B(3)上的第四挡边(32)不相抵,旋转离合轴B(3)不能通过离合执行销(1)拨动旋转离合轴A(2),即旋转离合轴B(3)独自空转进而锁门(图4)
按图5所示:右开门反转,旋转离合轴B(3)在限位行程内向上反转,无论离合执行销(1)是否伸出旋转离合轴A(2),离合执行销(1)都不能和第四挡边(32)相抵,但旋转离合轴A(2)上的第一挡边(23)和旋转离合轴B(3)上的第三挡边(31)相抵,旋转离合轴B(3)拨动旋转离合轴A(2)一起反转,进而反锁。
按图6所示:左开门正转,旋转离合轴B(3)在限位行程内正转,当离合执行销(1)在驱动模块(22)的作用下,伸出旋转离合轴A(2)外时,则与旋转离合轴B(3)上的第三挡边(31)相抵,旋转离合轴B(3)通过离合执行销(1)拨动旋转离合轴A(2)一块正转,即开锁。当离合执行销(1)在驱动模块(22)的作用下,缩进旋转离合轴A(2)内时,则与旋转离合轴B(3)上的第三挡边(31)不相抵,旋转离合轴B(3)不能通过离合执行销(1)拨动旋转离合轴A(2),即旋转离合轴B(3)独自空转进而锁门(图7)
按图8所示:左开门反转,旋转离合轴B(3)在限位行程内向上反转,无论离合执行销(1)是否伸出旋转离合轴A(2),离合执行销(1)都不能和第三挡边(31)相抵,但旋转离合轴A(2)上的第二挡边(24)和旋转离合轴B(3)上的第四挡边(32)相抵,旋转离合轴B(3)拨动旋转离合轴A(2)一起反转,进而反锁。
按图2所示:右开门时,第四挡边(32)对应离合执行销(1)相抵,第三挡边(31)与对应第一挡边(23)相抵。
按图1所示:左开门时:第四挡边(32)对应第二挡边(24)相抵,第三挡边(31)对应离合执行销(1)相抵。
左开门换成右开门:离合执行销(1)在驱动模块(22)的作用下,缩进旋转离合轴A(2)内;旋转离合轴A(2)按图1左开门所示反旋转180度,第四挡边(32)由对应第二挡边(24)相抵切换成与离合执行销(1)相抵,第三挡边(31)与离合执行销(1)相抵切换成与第一挡边(23)相抵。即变换成右开门。
右开门换成左开门:离合执行销(1)在驱动模块(22)的作用下,缩进旋转离合轴A(2)内;旋转离合轴A(2)按图2右开门所示反旋转180度,第四挡边(32)由对应离合执行销(1)相抵切换成与第二挡边(24)相抵,第三挡边(31)由对应第一挡边(23)相抵切换成与离合执行销(1)相抵,即变换成左开门.

Claims (2)

1.一种锁的离合器左右互换装置,其特征是:包括离合执行销(1)、旋转离合轴A(2)、旋转离合轴B(3);离合执行销(1)活动置于旋转离合轴A(2)上的圆孔(21)内,可缩进或伸出旋转离合轴A(2);旋转离合轴A(2)的内置驱动模块(22)与离合执行销(1)连接,通过该模块(22)控制离合执行销(1)的缩进或伸出旋转离合轴A(2);旋转离合轴A(2)置于旋转离合轴B(3)的中心孔内,两者可绕共同中心轴旋转。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种锁的离合器左右互换装置,其特征是旋转离合轴A(2)上有第一、第二挡边(23、24),且连接从动输出轴,旋转离合轴B(3)上有第三、第四挡边(31、32),且连接驱动输入轴;左开门时:第三挡边(31)与离合执行销(1)对应相抵,第四挡边(32)与第二挡边(24)对应相抵;右开门时:第三挡边(31)与第一挡边(23)对应相抵,第四挡边(32)与离合执行销(1)对应相抵。
