Abstract
一种把手差分连动的装置,包括斜舌拨片A(1)、方舌拨块(2)、斜舌拨片B(3)、把手转圈C(4)、把手转圈D(5);把手转圈C(4)与把手转圈D(5)左右放置,相互独立置于方舌拨块(2)内;斜舌拨片A(1)套装在把手转圈D(5)的顶端凸圆上;斜舌拨片B(3)套装在把手转圈C(4)的顶端凸圆上;且五者绕同一中心轴旋转。把手转圈D(5)和把手转圈C(4)分别在圆周扇形方向上,顺时针转(5)可独立拨动方舌拨块(2)或斜舌拨片A(1)、(4)可独立拨动方舌拨块(2)或斜舌拨片B(3)分别一起同轴旋转,逆转时拨动方舌拨块(2),方舌伸出锁门。利用前、后把手分别转动相对独立的与方舌、斜舌分开连动的操作。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种锁的零部件,特别涉及一种把手差分连动装置。
背景技术
目前,市场上门锁的把手差分连动机构非常少;且不能通过门锁前、后把手相互独立的转动,分别控制方舌和斜舌的独立伸缩。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型的锁的把手差分连动装置,结构简单、性能稳定可靠,易于生产且成本低。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种锁的把手差分连动装置,包括斜舌拨片A、方舌拨块、斜舌拨片B、把手转圈C、把手转圈D;把手转圈C与把手转圈D左右放置,相互独立置于方舌拨块内;斜舌拨片A套装在把手转圈D的顶端凸圆上;斜舌拨片B套装在把手转圈C的顶端凸圆上;且五者绕同一中心轴旋转。
把手转圈D在圆周扇形方向上,顺时针正转可独立拨动方舌拨块或斜舌拨片A一起同轴旋转,逆转时只能拨动方舌拨块,方舌伸出锁门;把手转圈C在圆周扇形方向上,顺时针正转可独立拨动方舌拨块或斜舌拨片B一起同轴旋转,逆转时只能拨动方舌拨块,方舌伸出锁门。由于采用了上述结构,从而实现了通过门锁前、后把手相互独立的转动,分别与方舌、斜舌分开连动的功能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细说明:
一种锁的把手差分连动装置,包括斜舌拨片A1、方舌拨块2、斜舌拨片B3、把手转圈C4、把手转圈D5;把手转圈C4与把手转圈D5左右放置,相互独立置于方舌拨块2内;斜舌拨片A1套装在把手转圈D5的顶端凸圆上;斜舌拨片B3套装在把手转圈C4的顶端凸圆上;且五者绕同一中心轴旋转。
把手转圈D5在圆周扇形方向上,正转(顺时针)可独立拨动方舌拨块2或斜舌拨片A1一起同轴旋转,逆转时只能拨动方舌拨块2,方舌伸出锁门;把手转圈C4在圆周扇形方向上,正转(顺时针)可独立拨动方舌拨块2或斜舌拨片B3在一起同轴旋转,逆转时只能拨动方舌拨块2,方舌伸出锁门。
一、运动组成说明:
按图2-4所示:把手转圈D5上有中心方轴孔51,通过方轴孔51可将把手转圈D5与门锁前把手或后把手中的任一把手连为一体转动,进而拨动斜舌拨片A1一起同轴旋转,斜舌拨片A1上有拔臂11,它正转(顺时针)可以独立拨动斜舌的传动机构;
按图2-2所示:方舌拨块2上有齿轮21,它的转动可以独立拨动方舌的传动机构;
按图2-1所示:把手转圈C4上有中心方轴孔41,通过方轴孔41可将把手转圈C4与门锁前把手或后把手中的任一把手连为一体转动,进而拨动斜舌拨片B3一起同轴旋转,斜舌拨片B3上有拔臂31,它正转(顺时针)可以独立拨动斜舌的传动机构;
因此,在把手转圈D5与门锁前把手或后把手其中的任一把手连接为一体转动后,剩下的另一个把手将通过方轴孔41与把手转圈C4连接为一体转动。
二、分开连动说明:
按图2-4所示:斜舌拨片A1上有扇形挡边12和13,把手转圈D5上有扇形凸块52和53,扇形凸块52、53装配于挡边12、13形成的扇形空缺内;当凸块52紧贴档边12时,把手转圈D5正转(顺时针)转动能拨动斜舌拨片A1一起正转,进而连动并开启斜舌;把手转圈D5在开锁行程内反转(逆时针)时,因为凸块53与挡边13之间有空程间隙,即斜舌已伸出,所以把手转圈D5反转不能拨动斜舌拨片A1,进而不能连动斜舌。
按图2-3所示,方舌为缩进开门状态;方舌拨块2上有扇形挡边22和23,把手转圈D5上有扇形凸块54和55,扇形凸块54、55装配于扇形挡边22、23形成的扇形空缺内,即凸块54对应档边23,凸块55对应档边22;当把手转圈D5在开锁行程内正转(顺时针)时,由于凸块55与档边22间的空程间隙,把手转圈D5正转不能拨动方舌拨块2进行缩进方舌开门,即方舌已处于缩进开门状态;当凸块54与档边23紧贴时,把手转圈D5在开锁行程内反转(逆时针)能拨动方舌拨块2一起连动,使方舌伸出锁门。
按图2-6所示:方舌为伸出锁门状态;当凸块55与档边22紧贴时,把手转圈D5在开锁行程内正转(顺时针)能拨动方舌拨块2一起连动,使方舌缩进开门;当把手转圈D5在开锁行程内反转(逆时针)时,由于凸块54与档边23间的空程间隙,把手转圈D5反转不能连动方舌拨块2进行伸出方舌锁门,即方舌已处于伸出锁门状态。
按图2-1所示:斜舌拨片B3上有扇形挡边32和33,把手转圈C4上有扇形凸块42和43,扇形凸块42、43装配于档边32和33形成的扇形空缺内;当档边32紧贴凸块42时,把手转圈C4正转(顺时针)能拨动斜舌拨片B3一起正转,进而连动并开启斜舌;把手转圈C4在开锁行程内反转(逆时针)时,因为档边33与凸块43有空程间隙,即斜舌已伸出,所以把手转圈C4不能拨动斜舌拨片B3,进而不能连动斜舌。
按图2-2所示:方舌为缩进开门的状态,方舌拨块2上有扇形挡边24和25,把手转圈C4上有扇形凸块44和45,扇形凸块44、45装配于挡边24和25形成的扇形空缺上,即凸块44对应24,45对应档边25;把手转圈C4在开锁行程内正转(顺时针)时,由于凸块44与挡边24的空程间隙,把手转圈C4不能拨动方舌拨块2进行缩进开门,即方舌已处于缩进开门状态。当凸块45与挡边25紧贴时,把手转圈C4在开锁行程内反转(逆时针)能带动方舌拨块2一起连动,使方舌伸出锁门;
按图2-7所示:方舌为伸出锁门状态;当凸块44与挡边24紧贴时,把手转圈C4在开锁行程内正转(顺时针)能拨动方舌拨块2一起连动,使方舌缩进开门;当把手转圈C4在开锁行程内反转(逆时针)时,由于凸块45与挡边25间的空程间隙,把手转圈C4反转不能连动方舌拨块2进行伸出方舌锁门,即方舌已处于伸出锁门状态。
Claims (2)
1、一种把手差分连动的装置,其特征是:包括斜舌拨片A(1)、方舌拨块(2)、斜舌拨片B(3)、把手转圈C(4)、把手转圈D(5);把手转圈C(4)与把手转圈D(5)左右放置,相互独立置于方舌拨块(2)内;斜舌拨片A(1)套装在把手转圈D(5)的顶端凸圆上;斜舌拨片B(3)套装在把手转圈C(4)的顶端凸圆上;且五者绕同一中心轴旋转。
2、根据权利要求1所述的把手差分连动的装置,其特征在于把手转圈D(5)在圆周扇形方向上,顺时针正转可独立拨动方舌拨块(2)或斜舌拨片A(1)一起同轴旋转,逆转时只能拨动方舌拨块(2),方舌伸出锁门;把手转圈C(4)在圆周扇形方向上,顺时针正转可独立拨动方舌拨块(2)或斜舌拨片B(3)在一起同轴旋转,逆转时只能拨动方舌拨块(2),方舌伸出锁门。
