本实用新型公开了一种清辊导油器,它包括间隔设置的两安装架,水平设置在所述两安装架之间的刮板将两安装架连为一体;在位于所述刮板下方设置有横截面为L形的盛油槽,所述盛油槽的长度与刮板长度相一致并与安装架相固连;盛油槽沿长度方向呈弧形状。本实用新型的优点在于通过设置的刮板及设置在刮板下方的横截面为L形的盛油槽,使得在轧辊转动过程中,刮板将辊面上的剩余润滑油刮落到盛油槽内回收再利用,同时也杜绝了润滑油对轧件表面的污染,提高了轧件表面的质量,一举两得。并且本实用新型结构简单,制造成本低。

背景技术
轧辊在轧制金属板材时必须连续向辊面添加润滑油进行润滑、降温。润滑油沿辊面流动滴落后到轧辊下方机身上,不仅造成润滑油的浪费,同时也污染了工作环境,给清洁带来诸多不便。

本实用新型目的在于提供一种节油、环保的清辊导油器。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型可采取下述技术方案:
本实用新型所述的清辊导油器,它包括间隔设置的两安装架,水平设置在所述两安装架之间的刮板将两安装架连为一体;在位于所述刮板下方设置有横截面为L形的盛油槽,所述盛油槽的长度与刮板长度相一致并与安装架相固连;所述盛油槽沿长度方向呈弧形状。
所述刮板的刮面为与轧辊辊面弧度一致的内弧面。
本实用新型的优点在于通过设置的刮板及设置在刮板下方的横截面为L形的盛油槽,使得在轧辊转动过程中,刮板将辊面上的剩余润滑油刮落到盛油槽内回收再利用,同时也杜绝了润滑油对轧件表面的污染,提高了轧件表面的质量,一举两得。并且本实用新型结构简单,制造成本低。

2、根据权利要求1所述的清辊导油器,其特征在于:所述刮板(2)的刮面(4)为与轧辊辊面弧度一致的内弧面。
