技术领域
本实用新型涉及的是一种用于输送工件的、双承载轨与双面单承载轨互相转换的积放式输送机升降平移装置,简称积放式输送机升降平移装置。属于物流输送和工装技术领域。
背景技术
现有技术,是采用传统双承载轨平移段结构。其缺陷是结构复杂,体积庞大,占用空间大,尤其是在空间受限的场合,难以实现工件的输送;自动化程度低,无法适应现代工件输送的需要;浪费材料,增加了工程造价。由于结构复杂,无法实现多工位的升降操作,严重影响流水线作业的生产效率。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述传统双承载轨平移段存在的缺陷,提出一种适用于输送工件的、双承载轨与双面单承载轨互相转换的积放式输送机平移装置。实现双承载轨与双面单承载轨互相转换的积放式输送机快捷、高速的将工件升降平移到需要工位。
本实用新型的技术解决方案:其特征是平移机构驱动装置固定在双承载轨与双面单承载轨互相转换的积放式输送机的钢结构辅梁上,升降机构驱动装置固定在平移机构活动板上,升降、平移轨固定在升降机构活动板上,积放小车在双承载轨与双面单承载轨互相转换的积放式输送机输送下可以在升降、平移轨上移动或固定;平移机构驱动装置与平移机构活动板之间及升降机构驱动装置与升降机构活动板之间,各设置一组丝杆螺母或气缸、导轨,或齿轮齿条;平移机构活动板、升降机构活动板及升降、平移轨在丝杆螺母机构或气缸、导轨,或齿轮齿条带动作上下升降和左右平移动作。
本实用新型的优点:结构精简,体积小,占用空间少,使得在受限的空间输送工件得以实现;自动化程度高,可适应现代化生产输送工件的需要;节省材料,降低工程造价;能实现多工位的升降、平移操作,提高流水线作业的生产效率。

具体实施方式
对照附图,平移机构驱动装置4固定在双承载轨与双面单承载轨互相转换的积放式输送机1的钢结构辅梁2上,升降机构驱动装置5固定在平移机构活动板3上,升降、平移轨7固定在升降机构活动板6上,积放小车8在双承载轨与双面单承载轨互相转换的积放式输送机1输送下可以在升降、平移轨7上移动或固定。平移机构驱动装置4与平移机构活动板3之间及升降机构驱动装置5与升降机构活动板6之间,各设置一组丝杆螺母(或气缸、导轨,或齿轮齿条)。平移机构活动板3、升降机构活动板6及升降、平移轨7在丝杆机构(或气缸、导轨,或齿轮齿条)带动下作上下升降和左右平移动作。升降、平移运动由电机(或气缸)驱动。
工作过程:积放小车8在双承载轨与双面单承载轨互相转换的积放式输送机1输送下进入升降、平移轨7,到位后,积放小车8停止并固定在升降、平移轨7上。升降机构驱动装置5动作,升降机构活动板6带动升降、平移轨7及积放小车8一起向下运动,脱离双承载轨与双面单承载轨互相转换的积放式输送机1,平移机构驱动装置4开始动作,平移机构活动板3带动升降机构驱动装置5、升降机构活动板6、升降、平移轨7及积放小车8一起平移,到达指定工位,取走工件或进行操作;补轨9平移到位,后续积放小车8在补轨9上正常运行。回位时,动作过程相反,以此实现双承载轨与双面单承载轨互相转换的积放式输送机快捷、高速的将工件升降、平移到需要工位。
