Abstract

给出了一种新的基于驻极体电容的传感器装置。该传感器包括一驻极体电容和一带有被绷紧薄膜的密闭空气室,一个绝缘外壳将驻极体电容和带有被绷紧薄膜的密闭空气室封装在一起。薄膜外面一层与被检测体接触,物体的微小振动或触动将带动薄膜,使空气室中的空气振动,空气的振动使驻极体电容输出电信号。密闭空气室的薄膜磨损后可以更换。这层被绷紧的薄膜起到了隔离和传导的双重作用,而密闭的空气室可以起到一个传递振动和缓冲的作用。

本实用新型涉及一种高灵敏度的触觉传感器装置。可用于中医临床脉象检测、人体脉搏健康状态监测和中医脉象研究分析等中国传统医学领域;也可用于液面或平面微动检测、机器人及自动化控制等领域中的触觉检测。
背景技术
目前,用于脉象检测及类似脉动的微小振动或触动检测的传感器大多都是直接通过压电元件或者应变电阻来实现的。它们的检测灵敏度受元件本身以及整个传感器装置结构和加工制作工艺的限制,检测效果均不理想。市面上有一种驻极体电容,它集微机械加工和IC微电子技术于一体,加上大批量工业化生产,使它具有微型化、低成本、高灵敏度和高可靠性的显著优点。但这种驻极体电容的结构决定了它只能用作麦克风话筒。
发明内容
本发明在驻极体电容的基础上构造出了一种新的传感器装置,它具有驻极体电容传感器的显著优点,而又可以用于脉象检测及类似脉动的微小振动或触动检测。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:与驻极体麦克风话筒有部分类似,将驻极体电容封装在一个绝缘外壳中,电信号从驻极体电容的接线板通过导线引出,驻极体电容的振膜一端则留有一空气室,空气室另一端为一窗口,该窗口用一层薄膜封闭,薄膜要绷紧,并保证空气室为密闭。薄膜外面一层与被检测体(如:皮肤、液面、触摸物等)紧密接触,物体的微小振动或触动将带动薄膜,然后会使空气室中的空气振动,最后空气的振动使驻极体电容输出电信号。密闭空气室的薄膜受到磨损后可以更换新的薄膜。本发明的关键就在于加装了的这层被绷紧薄膜的密闭空气室,其原理说起来有点象人的耳膜,它起到了隔离和传导的双重作用,而密闭的空气室可以起到一个传递振动和缓冲的作用。
本发明的有益效果是,通过一个简单的带有绷紧薄膜的密闭空气室,将价廉物美的驻极体电容紧密的结合在一起,设计出一种新的有多种用途的高灵敏度传感器装置。

具体实施方式
图中,将驻极体电容(1)封装在一个带窗口的绝缘外壳(4)中,电信号从驻极体电容的接线板(3)通过驻极体电容的电信号引出导线(2)引出,驻极体电容的振膜(8)一端留有一密闭空气室(5),密闭空气室(5)另一端为一窗口,该窗口的形状可根据被测物体的要求来定(如:圆形、椭圆形、方形等),该窗口用一层被绷紧的薄膜(6)封闭,装置最外层是外包装层(9),外包装层(9)将薄膜(6)的边缘接口压牢而不包装窗口以便让薄膜(6)露出。本装置使用时,测试目标与薄膜(6)外层密切接触,测试目标的微小振动或触动便会在驻极体电容的电信号引出导线(2)上输出高灵敏度的电信号。

Claims (3)

1.一种高灵敏度触觉传感器,其特征是:至少有一个带有被绷紧的薄膜的窗口的密闭空气室,一带窗口的绝缘外壳将该密闭空气室和一个驻极体电容封装在一起,该密闭空气室内壁四周有被绷紧的薄膜、绝缘外壳、驻极体电容的振膜、驻极体电容的铝外壳。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高灵敏度触觉传感器,其特征是:密闭空气室至少有一被绷紧的薄膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高灵敏度触觉传感器,其特征是:密闭空气室的薄膜可以更换。
