Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种电连接器,安装于电路板上,用以收容电子元件,其包括:绝缘本体、固持于绝缘本体上的导电端子,以及包覆绝缘本体的遮蔽壳体。其中遮蔽壳体包括两相对第一侧壁、垂直于第一侧壁且与第一侧壁相邻设置的两相对第二侧壁、连接第一侧壁和第二侧壁的底壁,以及由第一侧壁、第二侧壁及底壁形成的用以收容电子元件的收容空间。相对第一侧壁的自由末端沿背离收容空间的方向朝向底壁延伸,形成一直勾状,以增强第一侧壁上固持电子元件的弹片受力后的回复程度。

【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种电连接器,尤其涉及一种用以收容电子元件的电连接器。
【背景技术】
电连接器被广泛地应用于电子设备中,随着科技的发展,人们对电子设备的要求也越来越高,例如,在手机上安装照相功能,现有技术的这种电连接器结构一般包括:绝缘本体、固持于绝缘本体上的导电端子,以及包覆绝缘本体的遮蔽壳体。其中遮蔽壳体可收容电子元件,例如用于手机上的相机模块。
然而,这种电连接器至少存在以下缺点:所述遮蔽壳体的侧壁上固持电子元件的弹片在受到过度挤压时,不容易回复原状,从而影响到电连接器的性能。
鉴于以上弊端,确有必要提供一种针对上述缺点的电连接器。
【发明内容】
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种电连接器,以增强遮蔽壳体侧壁上固持电子元件的弹片受力后的回复程度。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种电连接器,安装在电路板上,用以收容电子元件,其结构包括:绝缘本体、固持于绝缘本体上的导电端子,以及包覆绝缘本体的遮蔽壳体。其中,遮蔽壳体包括两相对第一侧壁、垂直于第一侧壁且与第一侧壁相邻设置的两相对第二侧壁、连接第一侧壁和第二侧壁的底壁,以及由第一侧壁、第二侧壁及底壁形成的收容电子元件的收容空间,其中相对的第一侧壁自由末端沿背离收容空间方向朝向底壁延伸,形成一直勾状。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型电连接器具有以下优点:所述遮蔽壳体第一侧壁的自由末端沿背离收容空间方向朝底壁延伸,增强了固持电子元件的弹片受力后的回复程度,使其可以承受更大的挤压。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图来详细说明本实用新型电连接器的100的具体实施方式。
请参阅图1至图4,本实用新型电连接器100安装于电路板(未图示)上,以收容电子元件(未图示),包括:绝缘本体1、固持于绝缘本体1上的导电端子2、包覆绝缘本体1的遮蔽壳体3、安装于绝缘本体1上的遮蔽块4,以及置于遮蔽壳体3内的绝缘片5。
绝缘本体1呈L形,包括竖直延伸的竖直部11及与竖直部11垂直的水平部12,其中竖直部11包括与遮蔽壳体3相固持并对称设置的卡持孔111、与遮蔽块4相固持的定位孔112,以及收容导电端子的收容槽(未图示)。
导电端子2包括主体部21、自主体部21两相对端分别向相反的方向延伸出的对接部22和固持部23,其中对接部22可与电子元件接触,固持部23可与电路板焊接。
遮蔽壳体3呈盒状结构,包括两相对第一侧壁31、垂直于第一侧壁31且与第一侧壁31相邻设置的两相对第二侧壁32、连接第一侧壁31和第二侧壁32的底壁33,以及由第一侧壁31、第二侧壁32及底壁33形成的用以收容电子元件的收容空间34。所述第一侧壁31分为相对的前壁311及后壁312,其中,前壁311中央位置设有引导电子元件安装的第一通槽313,后壁312设有防止电子元件装反的U形缺口314,前壁311和后壁312均设有延伸入收容空间34以与电子元件抵接的弹片315及自第一侧壁31的自由末端向背离收容空间34的方向朝向底壁延伸而成的勾状部316。所述第二侧壁32分别设有对称的第二通槽321、自第二通槽321向内延伸的凸刺322,以及自第二侧壁32边缘向外延伸与电路板连接的焊接部323。
遮蔽块4呈L形,其包括向内延伸与电子元件抵接的抵持部41、位于外侧与电路板连接的焊接点42,以及向外延伸与绝缘本体1的定位孔112配合的倒刺43。
绝缘片5中间设有开口(未标示),置于遮蔽壳体3的底壁32与导电端子2之间,防止导电端子2与遮蔽壳体3之间发生短路。
组装时,首先将导电端子2固持于绝缘本体1上,再将绝缘片5置于遮蔽壳体3的底壁32上,接着将固持有导电端子2的绝缘本体1置于遮蔽壳体3的两相对第二侧壁32上,使其卡持孔111与第二侧壁32的凸刺322相卡持,导电端子2的对接部22延伸入遮蔽壳体3的收容空间34内,固持部23则延伸出遮蔽壳体3外以与电路板焊接,最后将遮蔽块4置于绝缘本体1上,使其抵持部41朝向遮蔽壳体3的收容空间34与电子元件抵接,倒刺43伸入至绝缘本体1的定位孔112内,最后将这个电连接器100通过导电端子2的固持部23、遮蔽壳体3的第二侧壁32上的焊接部323,以及遮蔽块4上的焊接点42焊接于电路板上。

Claims (6)

1.一种电连接器,用以收容电子元件,包括绝缘本体、安装于绝缘本体上的导电端子以及包覆绝缘本体且收容电子元件的遮蔽壳体,其中,遮蔽壳体包括第一侧壁、第二侧壁、连接第一侧壁和第二侧壁的底壁,以及由第一侧壁、第二侧壁及底壁形成的收容空间,其特征在于:所述第一侧壁的自由末端沿背离收容空间的方向朝向底壁延伸。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述电连接器还包括安装于绝缘本体上的遮蔽块。
3.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体设有与遮蔽壳体卡持的卡持孔。
4.如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述遮蔽壳体的第一侧壁设有延伸入收容空间用以固持电子元件的弹片。
5.如权利要求4所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述遮蔽壳体的第一侧壁包括前壁和后壁,其前壁中央设有引导电子元件安装的通槽。
6.如权利要求5所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述遮蔽壳体的后壁设有防止电子元件装反的缺口。
