新型卧式石灰窑,包括烧制炉、传动齿轮、进料管、出料管、煤气管、水管、瓦座、喷嘴、支承座和气孔。煤气管插入烧制炉内,烧制炉一端与进料管连通,另一端与出料管连通,烧制炉与传动齿轮相连。煤气管上有气孔,气孔与喷嘴相连。煤气管外部套装有水管,水管下方安装有支承座。烧制炉两侧安装有瓦座。本装置可以大批量烧制粉石,设备制作成本低,工作效率高,使用寿命长。

背景技术
目前使用的石灰窑,一般都采用立式结构,通常只适用于加工形状较大的片石,而对于颗粒较小,特别是直径在10毫米以内的粉石,则不能进行烧制,这就造成了大量粉石材料的浪费。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可以大批量烧制粉石的新型卧式石灰窑。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:新型卧式石灰窑包括烧制炉、传动齿轮、进料管、出料管、煤气管、水管、瓦座、喷嘴、支承座和气孔。煤气管插入烧制炉内,烧制炉一端与进料管连通,另一端与出料管连通,烧制炉与传动齿轮相连。煤气管上有气孔,气孔与喷嘴相连。煤气管外部套装有水管,水管下方安装有支承座。烧制炉两侧安装有瓦座。
使用时,传动齿轮带动烧制炉旋转,煤气从煤气管进入烧制炉内,并经气孔从喷嘴出气燃烧,同时水管进水,对煤气管进行冷却,粉石从进料管进入烧制炉内烧制,然后经出料管出料。
本实用新型具有下列优点:可以大批量烧制粉石,设备制作成本低,工作效率高,使用寿命长。

如图1所示,新型卧式石灰窑包括烧制炉(1)、传动齿轮(2)、进料管(3)、出料管(4)、煤气管(5)、水管(6)、瓦座(7)、喷嘴(8)、支承座(9)和气孔(10)。煤气管(5)插入烧制炉(1)内,烧制炉(1)一端与进料管(3)连通,另一端与出料管(4)连通,烧制炉(1)与传动齿轮(2)相连。煤气管(5)上有气孔(10),气孔(10)与喷嘴(8)相连。煤气管(5)外部套装有水管(6),水管(6)下方安装有支承座(9)。烧制炉(1)两侧安装有瓦座(7)。本装置可以大批量烧制粉石,设备制作成本低,工作效率高,使用寿命长。

1、新型卧式石灰窑,包括烧制炉、传动齿轮、进料管、出料管、煤气管、水管、瓦座、喷嘴、支承座和气孔,其特征在于:煤气管插入烧制炉内,烧制炉一端与进料管连通,另一端与出料管连通,烧制炉与传动齿轮相连。
