Abstract
一种电热锅的温度传感装置，包括温度传感器、温度传感器安装架、接触套和弹性支撑架，其特征是：所述温度传感装置还包括一隔热套，隔热套套接在接触套外侧。本实用新型由于设有隔热套，在电热锅使用时将接触套和温度传感器与外壳中的加热锅架及其它部件隔开，减小加热锅架及其它部件对接触套和温度传感器的影响，因此温度传感器检测到的温度与内锅锅底的温度基本一致，本装置能够准确检测电热锅锅底温度。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电热锅的温度传感装置。
背景技术
现有的电热锅通常包括外壳、加热锅架和内锅，其中加热锅架设于外壳中，内锅设于加热锅架中，加热锅架由导热性能良好的材料(如铝、铜等金属)制成，加热锅架上设有电热器件，使用时电热器件对加热锅架加热，加热锅架再对内锅加热。为了及时检测内锅的温度，在加热锅架底部设有通孔，并在外壳中设置温度传感装置，温度传感装置包括温度传感器、温度传感器安装架、接触套及弹性支撑架，温度传感器设于温度传感器安装架上，接触套套在温度传感器和温度传感器安装架外(即温度传感器和温度传感器安装架处于接触套的腔体内)，弹性支撑架设于温度传感器安装架下方，温度传感器安装架和接触套均安装在弹性支撑架上，使用时在弹性支撑架的作用下，接触套上表面与内锅锅底紧密接触。由于接触套是热的良导体，在煮食过程中接触套和温度传感器容易受外壳中的加热锅架及其它部件的影响，因此温度传感器检测到的温度与内锅锅底的温度往往并不一致，温度传感器对内锅温度的反映不够准确，使煮食难以达到理想的效果。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能够准确检测电热锅锅底温度的温度传感装置。采用的技术方案如下：
一种电热锅的温度传感装置，包括温度传感器、温度传感器安装架、接触套和弹性支撑架，其特征是：所述温度传感装置还包括一隔热套，隔热套套接在接触套外侧。
电热锅使用时接触套上表面与内锅锅底接触，隔热套也与内锅锅底接触，将接触套围住，从而将接触套和温度传感器与外壳中的加热锅架及其它部件隔开，减小加热锅架及其它部件对接触套和温度传感器的影响。
优选上述隔热套由耐热性能和隔热性能良好的材料制成；为了使接触套紧贴内锅锅底时隔热套也能紧贴内锅锅底，更好地起到隔离作用，制作隔热套的材料还应当有弹性，且在内锅压下时可略有变形，可采用硅胶、橡胶或塑料等。优选上述隔热套的内侧与接触套的外侧紧密接触。为了使隔热套能够与内锅锅底紧密接触，优选隔热套的上端与接触套上表面等高或略高于接触套上表面。
上述温度传感器安装架可由耐热性能和隔热性能良好的材料制成，温度传感器安装架与隔热套一起将温度传感器与外壳中的加热锅架及其它部件隔开，进一步减小加热锅架及其它部件对温度传感器的影响，使温度传感器能够更准确地检测电热锅锅底的温度。
温度传感器安装架、接触套和隔热套均安装在弹性支撑架上。优选上述弹性支撑架包括压缩弹簧以及套设在压缩弹簧上的架体，压缩弹簧下端与外壳底部接触、上端与架体的顶部接触，温度传感器安装架、接触套和隔热套均安装在架体上。弹性支撑架也可以由橡胶、硅胶或塑料制成。
为了防止使用者的手接触到加热锅架下方的带电部件，可在弹性支撑架上设置一隔片(优选隔片用耐热的绝缘材料制成，或用不锈钢制成)，隔片的形状和尺寸与加热锅架底部的通孔相匹配，可将该通孔遮挡。
本实用新型由于设有隔热套，在电热锅使用时将接触套和温度传感器与外壳中的加热锅架及其它部件隔开，减小加热锅架及其它部件对接触套和温度传感器的影响，因此温度传感器检测到的温度与内锅锅底的温度基本一致，本装置能够准确检测电热锅锅底温度。温度传感器准确地测出内锅温度并将其传输给电热锅的控制系统，进行调控，使煮食达到理想的效果。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示，这种电热锅的温度传感装置包括温度传感器1、温度传感器安装架2、接触套3、隔热套5和弹性支撑架4，隔热套5套接在接触套3外侧。
隔热套5由硅胶制成。隔热套5的内侧与接触套3的外侧紧密接触。隔热套5的上端略高于接触套3的上表面。
弹性支撑架4包括压缩弹簧41以及套设在压缩弹簧41上的架体42，压缩弹簧41下端与外壳6的底部接触、上端与架体42的顶部接触，温度传感器安装架2、接触套3和隔热套5均安装在架体42上。
弹性支撑架4上设有隔片7(隔片7用不锈钢制成)，隔片7的形状和尺寸与加热锅架8底部的通孔9相匹配，将通孔9遮挡。隔片7安装在弹性支撑架4的架体42上。
电热锅使用时接触套3的上表面与内锅10的锅底紧密接触，隔热套7也与内锅10的锅底紧密接触，将接触套3围住，从而将接触套3和温度传感器1与外壳6中的加热锅架8及其它部件(如隔片7)隔开，减小加热锅架8及其它部件对接触套3和温度传感器1的影响。
Claims (8)
1、一种电热锅的温度传感装置，包括温度传感器、温度传感器安装架、接触套和弹性支撑架，其特征是：所述温度传感装置还包括一隔热套，隔热套套接在接触套外侧。
2、根据权利要求1所述的电热锅的温度传感装置，其特征是：所述隔热套的内侧与接触套的外侧紧密接触。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的电热锅的温度传感装置，其特征是：所述隔热套的上端与接触套上表面等高或略高于接触套上表面。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的电热锅的温度传感装置，其特征是：所述弹性支撑架包括压缩弹簧以及套设在压缩弹簧上的架体，压缩弹簧下端与外壳底部接触、上端与架体的顶部接触，温度传感器安装架、接触套和隔热套均安装在架体上。
5、根据权利要求3所述的电热锅的温度传感装置，其特征是：所述弹性支撑架包括压缩弹簧以及套设在压缩弹簧上的架体，压缩弹簧下端与外壳底部接触、上端与架体的顶部接触，温度传感器安装架、接触套和隔热套均安装在架体上。
6、根据权利要求1或2所述的电热锅的温度传感装置，其特征是：所述弹性支撑架上设置一隔片，隔片的形状和尺寸与加热锅架底部的通孔相匹配。
7、根据权利要求3所述的电热锅的温度传感装置，其特征是：所述弹性支撑架上设置一隔片，隔片的形状和尺寸与加热锅架底部的通孔相匹配。
8、根据权利要求5所述的电热锅的温度传感装置，其特征是：所述弹性支撑架上设置一隔片，隔片的形状和尺寸与加热锅架底部的通孔相匹配，隔片安装在弹性支撑架的架体上。
