背景技术
目前,公知的带传动中,有平带、V带、圆带、同步齿型带等。其中,平带、V带、圆带主要靠传动带与带轮之间的摩擦传动,有时产生打滑现象。而靠啮合传动的同步齿型带又有传动功率小,使用寿命短的缺点。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是:变传动带与带轮之间的摩擦传动为凸凹啮合传动,既实现了同步传动,又保持了传动功率大、使用寿命长的优点。
本实用新型是这样来实现的:在传动带与带轮的接触表面有许多凸凹粒块,传动带的凸粒块与带轮的凹粒块相互为模,形成良好的整体啮合状态,从而实现了同步传动。
本实用新型与现有的技术比较,既克服了平带、V带、圆带的打滑现象,实现了同步传动,又克服了同步齿型带传动功率小、使用寿命短的缺点。
