背景技术
公知的离心水泵,其叶轮固定安装在两块叶轮板之间,水泵工作时,水从两块叶轮板之间被泵送出去。使用中,离心泵易被水草、泥沙等杂物堵塞。另一方面叶轮结构复杂,制造工艺复杂,制造成本高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、制造工艺性好、且能一泵多用的叶轮离心泵。
离心泵,包括泵体、叶轮、轮轴和端盖,其特征在于:所述叶轮的叶片均布在叶轮板一侧面,叶轮中部为轮轴轴套。
所述叶片纵向截面的中部为弧线状,两侧为光滑过渡的直线状。
本实用新型的叶片结构简单,制造工艺性好;由于叶片安装在叶轮板的一侧面上,形成开放式,在抽水过程中不易被水草、泥沙等杂物堵塞;对泥砂、污泥浆料均可泵送,能一泵多用,既可作水泵,又可作为泥浆泵。

该离心泵包括泵体、叶轮、轮轴和端盖。叶轮的叶片1均匀安装在叶轮板2一侧面,叶轮中部为轮轴轴套3。叶片1的纵向截面的中部为弧线状,两侧为光滑过渡的直线状。
叶轮通过轴套3和轮轴安装于泵体内。
