Abstract

本实用新型是一种烤杯夹具,其特征在于:所述主体(2)一边设有一个凸形的压头(1),凸形的压头(1)与主体(2)的拐角处设有两个直径相同的压头防裂圆口(5),主体(2)另一边设两个直径相同的套头防裂圆孔(4),两套头防裂圆孔(4)上连通为杯把套头(3)。烤杯夹具对贴在杯表面上的花纸造成挤压,把手附近的花纸能够均匀地贴附在杯子的表面,这样杯把根部的图像转印后也是非常清晰,该夹具制作简单,操作方便,对花纸压力均匀,转印质量高,可多次反复使用,适合于批量生产。

技术领域
本实用新型属于一种夹具,尤其涉及烤制影像杯的夹具。
技术背景
目前烤制影像杯是将外表面贴有花纸的杯放入烤杯加热垫中通过热升华的原理进行烤制或利用某种机械夹具裹紧并置于烤箱中进行加热。由于热转印工艺要求花纸与被转印物体表面充分地贴附在一起才能得到高清晰度的转印影像,所以传统的方式无法将花纸牢牢地贴附在靠近杯把的地方,图像的印制工作在杯把的附近就停止了,从而无法做到真正的满幅的影像杯。高温烧制技术可以制真正的满幅的影像杯,但其明显缺点是影像质量差,生产起定量大。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供了一种制作简单,操作方便,对花纸压力均匀,转印质量高,尤其是对杯把附近区域转印质量高,能做到满幅的影像杯。
为解决上述问题,本实用新型的烤杯夹具的主体一边设有一个凸形的压头,凸形的压头与主体的拐角处设有两个直径相同的压头防裂圆口,主体另一边设两个直径相同的套头防裂圆孔,两套头防裂圆孔上连通为杯把套头。
所述压头的长为10mm-120mm之间,压头的高为15mm-180mm之间。
所述的杯把套头长为15mm-180mm之间。
所述的套头防裂圆孔的直径为1mm-10mm。
所述的压头防裂圆口的直径为1mm-10mm。
综上所述,本实用新型的优点是:该夹具制作简单,操作方便,对花纸压力均匀,转印质量高,可多次反复使用,适合于批量生产。

具体实施方式
如图1所述主体2一边设有一个凸形的压头1,凸形的压头1长为58mm,高为85mm,凸形的压头1与主体2的拐角处设有两个直径为3mm的压头防裂圆口5,主体2另一边三分之一处设有两个直径为4mm的套头防裂圆孔4。套头防裂圆孔4连通长为85mm得杯把套头3。
使用时,先将烤杯夹具的压头1穿过杯把6,顺着杯体7将烤杯夹具主体2紧紧包裹在贴有花纸的杯表面上,围绕一周后烤杯夹具的两端在杯把6处重叠,这时将杯把套头3套在杯把6上,这样杯把的主体2就完全被固定在杯体7上。通过夹具对贴在杯表面上的花纸造成挤压,在热升华原理的作用下就可以将图像烤制在杯的任意部位。套头防裂圆孔4和压头防裂口5的作用是防止夹具由于反复拉扯而裂开。套头防裂圆孔4和压头防裂口5直径远小于杯把直径,这样皮子在拉伸时可以使杯把手附近的花纸能够均匀地贴附在杯子的表面,杯把根部的图像转印后也是非常清晰的。另外,烤杯夹具材质为1.5mm厚的硅橡胶皮。
当然,此烤杯夹具的大小可以根据杯子的大小来变换,这样的变换均落在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

Claims (5)

1.一种烤杯夹具,其特征在于:所述主体(2)一边设有一个凸形的压头(1),凸形的压头(1)与主体(2)的拐角处设有两个直径相同的压头防裂圆口(5),主体(2)另一边设两个直径相同的套头防裂圆孔(4),两套头防裂圆孔(4)上连通为杯把套头(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的烤杯夹具,其特征在于:所述压头(1)的长为10mm-120mm之间,压头(1)的高为15mm-180mm之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的烤杯夹具,其特征在于:所述的杯把套头(3)长为15mm-180mm之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的烤杯夹具,其特征在于:所述的套头防裂圆孔(4)的直径为1mm-10mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的烤杯夹具,其特征在于:所述的压头防裂圆口(5)的直径为1mm-10mm。
