Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种铅酸蓄电池,其目的在于提供一种活性物质不会脱落,不会产生短路和电压降低等现象,并提高使用寿命的铅酸蓄电池。采用的技术方案是:隔板固定在电池壳体内,硫酸电解液装在电池壳体内的电池槽内,正负极板水平方向固定在电池槽内。活性物质放置在水平方向固定的正负极板上,因此,不会脱落产生短路和电压降低等现象,并提高使用寿命,适宜于机动车使用。

背景技术
目前,公知的铅酸蓄电池都是由电池壳体、电池槽、正负极板、硫酸电解液等主要部件组成,但正负极板都是垂直安装在电池槽内,正负极板上的活性物质容易膨松脱落并掉在电池槽底部,产生短路和电压降低等现象,并缩短铅酸蓄电池的使用寿命。
发明内容
为了克服现有的铅酸蓄电池的活性物质容易脱落,造成短路、电压降低、缩短寿命的不足,本实用新型提供一种铅酸蓄电池,该铅酸蓄电池的活性物质不会脱落,不会产生短路和电压降低等现象,并提高了铅酸蓄电池的使用寿命。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:隔板固定在电池壳体内,硫酸电解液装在电池壳体内的电池槽内,正负极板水平方向固定在电池槽内。由于正负极板水平方向固定在电池槽内,正负极板上的活性物质便不会脱落并掉到电池槽底部,因此,不会产生短路和电压降低等现象,并提高蓄电池的使用寿命。
本实用新型的有益效果是,不会产生短路和电压降低等现象,并提高铅酸蓄电池的使用寿命。

在图1中,(1)为电池壳体,隔板(2)固定在电池壳体(1)内,(3)为电池壳体(1)内的电池槽,正负极板(4)水平方向固定在电池槽(3)内,(5)为电池槽(3)内的硫酸电解液,(6)为电池壳体上的加液口,导管(7)一端与加液口(6)连通,另一端插在下层的电池槽内。

1、一种铅酸蓄电池,包括电池壳体(1)、固定在电池壳体(1)内的隔板(2)、电池壳体(1)内的电池槽(3)、电池槽(3)内的硫酸电解液(5),其特征在于:正负极板(4)水平方向固定在电池槽(3)内。
