Abstract

本实用新型是一种轮胎动平衡试验机轮胎定位锁紧装置的轮辋锁定机构,在上轮辋的下端面、下轮辋的上端面分别均布安装有四个相对位置角度错开45°的扣块,扣块呈凹形,上、下相邻扣块的凹形槽相对,转动下轮辋可使上述扣块形成四对同时互相咬合的锁定结构,扣块通过螺栓固定。它提供一种上、下轮辋的连接锁定结构,解决了整体自动更换轮辋的问题。

技术领域
本实用新型是一种轮胎动平衡试验机轮胎定位锁紧装置的轮辋锁定机构,它涉及对现在轮胎定位锁紧装置结构上的改进,属于结构及轮胎成型、检测技术领域。
背景技术
轮胎动平衡试验机应用于立式轿车、轻卡轮胎及全钢载重轮胎的动平衡试验。目前,广泛使用的系列轮胎动平衡试验机,其轮胎定位锁紧装置由一个驱动轮轴,一个与驱动轮轴连接的轮辋,一个安装在轮辋上的轮胎组成。这种轮胎定位锁紧装置无法用于轮辋的自动更换。其结构形式如图1所示,图中,1为定位芯轴,2为上轮辋,3为导向座,4为下轮辋,5为锁紧块,6为锁紧气缸,7为底座。
该机构工作时,伺服电机通过驱动由机械手爪夹持的定位芯轴1,下落插入导向座3,定位后锁紧气缸6推动锁紧块通过齿形定位夹紧定位芯轴1;而分别固定于定位芯轴1和导向座3的上、下轮辋,就位检测轮胎,并通过气动系统向轮胎内充气从而实现轮胎的定位锁紧。图中,由于该机构的A、B两面为研磨表面机械密封,制造成本高。此结构轮辋采用螺钉与其安装件连接,更换时必须分别拆卸并人工搬运,而轮辋重量一人搬动困难,故轮辋更换劳动强度大,时间长。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的正是针对上述现在装置上所存在的问题而设计提供了一种轮胎动平衡试验机轮胎定位锁紧装置的轮辋锁定机构,它提供一种上、下轮辋的连接锁定结构,以解决整体自动更换轮辋的问题。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术措施来实现的:
该种轮胎动平衡试验机轮胎定位锁紧装置的轮辋锁定机构,其结构设计特征在于,在上轮辋的下端面、下轮辋的上端面分别均布安装有四个相对位置角度错开45°的扣块,扣块呈凹形,上、下相邻扣块的凹形槽相对,转动下轮辋可使上述扣块形成四对同时互相咬合的锁定结构,扣块通过螺栓固定。

以下将结合附图和实施例对本实用新型技术方案作进一步地详述:
参见附图2所示,该种轮胎动平衡试验机轮胎定位锁紧装置的轮辋锁定机构,其特征在于,在上轮辋2的下端面、下轮辋4的上端面分别安装有四个相对位置角度错开45°的扣块9,扣块9呈凹形,上、下相邻扣块9的凹形槽相对,转动下轮辋4可使上述扣块9形成四对同时互相咬合的锁定结构,上、下轮辋即可通过扣块进行连接,扣块9通过螺栓8固定。
在自动换轮辋时,此时上轮辋2落下定位,下轮辋4由伺服电机驱动旋转45°使上、下扣块9扣合,在升起上轮辋时,下轮辋4即可脱开与上轮辋2一起卸下,这样,和为之设计的自动换轮辋机构配合使用,即可完成自动换轮辋功能。
本实用新型装置与现有技术相比实现了轮辋的自动更换,大大降低了因拆卸和人工搬运造成的困难,节省了时间。

1.一种轮胎动平衡试验机轮胎定位锁紧装置的轮辋锁定机构,其特征在于:在上轮辋(2)的下端面、下轮辋(4)的上端面分别均布安装有四个相对位置角度错开45°的扣块(9),扣块(9)呈凹形,上、下相邻扣块(9)的凹形槽相对,转动下轮辋(4)可使上述扣块(9)形成四对同时互相咬合的锁定结构,扣块(9)通过螺栓(8)固定。
