Abstract
一种发光二极管(LED)灯泡,包括至少一个被装配在灯泡内部的发光二极管,该灯泡与用于连接到电源的电触点连通;还包括被安置于灯泡内用以向外反射从该至少一个发光二极管发出的光线的折射镜/反射镜,该折射镜/反射镜包含相对于该至少一个发光二极管凹弯曲的曲面。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型一般意义上涉及LED(发光二极管)灯泡,特别涉及一种包含反射镜的发光二极管灯泡,反射镜用以从装在灯泡内的发光二极管向外反射光线。
背景技术
众所周知,在现有技术中,除了为人所熟悉的白炽灯泡,一些其它不同种类的灯泡诸如卤素灯泡、荧光灯泡以及发光二极管灯泡已经被研制出来。卤素灯炮有温度高和瓦数较高等缺点。
发光二极管灯泡有其优越之处。例如,白色发光二极管已经被研制成可以连续点亮最长达50,000小时,是60瓦灯泡寿命的50倍。在更换灯泡比较困难或者花费较高的地方(例如像建筑物外部这种难以触及的地方),发光二极管灯泡便提供了便利。宾馆可以使用发光二极管以节省更换烧坏了的白炽灯泡的花销。
尽管发光二极管仅需要少量电量即可点亮,发热也很少,并且能发射会聚光束,但它也有公认的缺点,即不能会集足够的光线使之能与白炽灯、卤素灯甚至荧光灯相竞争。
在之前的技术中,人们已经认识到将发光二极管发出的光会聚从而解决上述问题的必要性。举例来说,一些发光二极管灯泡将发光二极管置于杯状镜面腔中用以聚集并加强光线。Guerrieri等人的美国6,840,654号专利描述了一种发光二极管灯泡,这种灯泡有圆锥形反光室和后腔用以容纳一系列发光二极管,因此各二极管位于相应的室内。
McDermot t的美国6,361,190号专利描述了一种用单反光装置增加光线发散度的大表面发光二极管照明设备。
由Ming申请的PCT公开专利申请WO 02/14738A1描述了一种用以增强发光二极管灯的亮度和功用的反射镜和放大镜的组合。
由Pashley等人申请的US2002/0080622美国专利申请描述了一种用以增加发光二极管灯的发散度和亮度的多面杯组件。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种新颖的发光二极管灯泡,以解决发光二极管不能会集足够光线的问题。下文对之有更具体地描述。
依照本实用新型的一个实施例,此处提供了一种发光二极管(LED)灯泡,包括安装在与用于电连接电源的电触点构成电连通的灯泡内的至少一个发光二极管,和安置于灯泡内用以向外反射由该至少一个发光二极管发出的光线的折射镜/反射镜,该折射镜/反射镜包括是凹向于该至少一个发光二极管的曲面,该折射镜/反射镜的曲面可以具有抛物线。
依照本实用新型的实施例,折射镜/反射镜可以具有窄端和宽端,曲面随着向宽端的方向而向外弯曲。多个发光二极管可被装配在折射镜/反射镜的窄端周围,其中从该发光二极管发出的光被引到曲面上并被其向外反射出灯泡。一个或多个发光二极管可以装配在折射镜/反射镜的宽端并与用于电连接到电源的电触点构成电连通。
本实用新型的有益效果在于能够有效地会集发光二极管发射的光束。

具体实施方式
图1是一个发光二极管灯泡10的示例,它是根据本实用新型的实施例构造和操作的。现以图1作为参考。
该发光二极管灯泡可包含一个或多个发光二极管12,这些发光二极管装配在与用于电连接电源(例如电源线,图中未示出)的电触点16构成电连通的灯泡14内。该发光二极管灯泡10可直流供电(例如用6-12伏电池供电),也可交流供电(例如110-120或220-240伏的交流电),或者可以太阳能供电(例如,与太阳能电池相连)。
在一个优选的实施例中,发光二极管12装配在与电触点16电气相连的印刷电路板15上。在该非限定的说明实施例中,电触点16是标准的螺旋灯座接触。不过,本实用新型并不限于此类接触,发光二极管灯泡10可具有任何其他适合的接触,诸如单针卡口灯座、双针卡口灯座(具有与相应插座中的两触点相匹配的一负极端和一正极端)、凸缘座(flange base)、MR16插座或有线连接等等,但不限于以上几种。
折射镜/反射镜18可被安置在灯泡14内用以向外反射从发光二极管12发出的光线。此折射镜/反射镜18有凹向于发光二极管12的曲面20。举例来说,曲面20可为白色。“白色”被定义为,由于反射所有或几乎所有的入射光,不具有或具有少量色度的颜色。在说明书及权利要求书中的“白色”包括亮白色、“暗”白色、米白色、灰白色、雪白色、熟蛋白以及其他灰度的白色。或者,曲面20也可镀银或具有镜面光洁度(mirror finish)。折射镜/反射镜18的曲面20可以是,例如,抛物曲线或郁金香形曲线,但不限于这两种曲线。在曲面20纵轴周围的曲面外表面可为平滑和圆形的(例如圆锥形的),或者曲面20可为棱镜形的,即在其纵轴周围有小平面。
在该非限定的说明实施例中,折射镜/反射镜18有窄端22和宽端24。曲面20随着向宽端24的方向向外弯曲。多个发光二极管12被装配在折射镜/反射镜18的窄端22周围,其中从发光二极管12发出的光被引到曲面20上并被其向外(例如,水平的,360°全向的)反射出灯泡14。
附图所示的折射镜/反射镜18具有向上面向灯泡14的顶部(与电触点16相对)的宽端24,但本实用新型也包含相反的情况,即曲面20面向下方或者两种之间任一种情况。
任选地,一个或多个发光二极管12可以装配在折射镜/反射镜18的宽端24中。这些发光二极管12可与电触点(例如,相同电触点16或不同的电触点)构成电连通,例如被装配在导线连接到电触点16的PCB 28或类似的基座上。
发光二极管12可排列成任意图形,例如圆形或矩阵形,但并不限于此。发光二极管12可有任意尺寸、任意mcd值以及任意颜色(例如,白色、红色、绿色、蓝色、黄色或其他非白的颜色,或者可为RGB(红、绿、蓝)变换的发光二极管或其任意组合)。灯泡14可为透明的或半透明的(或介于两者之间),可有任意尺寸、形状和颜色。
相关技术人员可以理解,本实用新型并不限于仅在上文中所特别显示与所描述的内容。而是,本实用新型的范围包括上文中所描述特征以及相关技术人员在阅读前述内容基础上所想到的、在之前技术中未出现的其改进和变更的组合及其子集。
Claims (10)
1、一种发光二极管灯泡,其特征在于,包括:
至少一个发光二极管,装配于与用于电连接到电源的电触点构成电连通的灯泡中;
折射镜/反射镜,安置于上述灯泡内用以向外反射由所述至少一个发光二极管发出的光线,上述折射镜/反射镜包括凹向于所述至少一个发光二极管的曲面。
2、如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯泡,其特征在于,上述折射镜/反射镜的曲面具有抛物线。
3、如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯泡,其特征在于,上述折射镜/反射镜有窄端和宽端,上述曲面随着向宽端的方向而向外弯曲。
4、如权利要求3所述的发光二极管灯泡,其特征在于,该灯泡还包括多个装配在折射镜/反射镜窄端周围的发光二极管,其中从该发光二极管发出的光被引到曲面上并被反射出灯泡。
5、如权利要求3所述的发光二极管灯泡,其特征在于,该灯泡还包括至少一个被装配在折射镜/反射镜宽端中,并与用于电连接电源的电触点电连通的发光二极管。
6、如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯泡,其特征在于,上述曲面是白色的。
7、如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯泡,其特征在于,上述曲面是镜面。
8、如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯泡,其特征在于,上述至少一个发光二极管包括白色发光二极管。
9、如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯泡,其特征在于,上述至少一个发光二极管包括非白色发光二极管。
10、如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯泡,其特征在于,上述至少一个发光二极管包括RGB(红、绿、蓝)变换的发光二极管。
