技术背景
目前，社会上的停车场以及收费公路对车辆出入的管理，大多采用自动磁卡进行车辆出入管理。车辆出入停车场时或公路收费站时，在车内的汽车驾驶员，必须向座在管理亭内的管理人员领取或递回记录本车管理数据的磁卡以及有关缴费票据。当驾驶员未能将汽车停靠到可用手向管理人员领取或递回磁卡的位置时，驾驶员则必须下车领取或递回磁卡，这样影响了车辆的读卡速度，和车辆的快速行驶，给驾驶员和管理部门带来了很大不便。
发明方案
为了解决上述问题，本实用新型提供了一种不用驾驶员亲自下车去领取或递回磁卡的递卡器。
本实用新型解决该技术问题的方案是，该递卡器有装卡夹与伸缩杆组成，装卡夹与伸缩杆连接，通过伸缩杆伸缩传递装卡夹即可达到驾驶员不下车领取或递回磁卡的目的。
作为本实用新型的一种进一步改进，所述递卡器的伸缩杆为自动伸缩杆。

具体实施方式
在图中，装卡夹1设置连接有一根伸缩杆2，通过伸缩杆2伸缩传递装卡夹1即可达到不下车领取或递回磁卡的目的。装卡夹1、伸缩杆2之间的连接最好是一种软连接，这样递卡器还可方便用来在读卡器上远距离读卡。伸缩杆可设置为自动伸缩杆，驾驶员就不须人工将伸缩杆拉长或缩短，这样递卡器使用起来就更方便。
在设置递卡器中的装卡夹时，装卡夹内除装磁卡外，还可考虑能装适当的票据。
作为一种改进可直接在装卡夹内另设了票据袋，这样驾驶员在领取或取回磁卡的同时，可用来传递缴费单据、钞票等票据。
