Abstract

一种网笼过滤器，由带进出口的壳体、网笼、密封压盖及拆装手柄组成，其特征在于：在壳体内有一个椭圆形的挡板，挡板两端分别位于壳体内进口的下方和出口的上方并与壳体内壁紧密焊接，挡板内孔的垂直投影为圆形且与网笼的直径相配合，网笼通过上口圈固定在挡板上。本实用新型的优点是结构更加合理，工艺简单，且由于通道内流体走向更加合理使压力损失更小，为石油、化工、供水、发电等输送液体或汽体的管道上，提供高性能的网笼过滤器。

(一)技术领域
本实用新型涉及过滤器，特别是涉及网笼过滤器。
(二)背景技术
在“网笼过滤器”(专利号：96218453.5)中，我们对老式的网笼过滤器的结构作了改进，并取得良好的效果。但是，由于其结构设计有不合理之处，因此仍存在以下问题：首先，通道内流体走向不太合理，影响过滤面积，使压力损失加大；此外，结构略显复杂，工艺性差。
(三)发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对上述存在问题，提供一种结构合理，工艺简单，且压力损失更小的网笼过滤器。
本实用新型的技术方案：
一种网笼过滤器，由带进出口的壳体、网笼、密封压盖及拆装手柄组成，其特征在于：在壳体内有一个椭圆形的挡板，挡板两端分别位于壳体内进口的下方和出口的上方并与壳体内壁紧密焊接，挡板内孔的垂直投影为圆形且与网笼的直径相配合，网笼通过上口圈固定在挡板上。
本实用新型的优点是结构更加合理，工艺简单，且由于通道内流体走向更加合理使压力损失更小，为石油、化工、供水、发电等输送液体或汽体的管道上，提供高性能的网笼过滤器。

一种网笼过滤器，由带进出口的壳体(1)、网笼(2)、密封压盖(5)及拆装手柄(6)组成，其特征在于：在壳体(1)内有一个椭圆形的斜装挡板(3)，挡板两端分别位于壳体(1)内进口的下方和出口的上方并与壳体内壁紧密焊接，挡板内孔的垂直投影为圆形且与网笼的直径相配合，网笼通过上口圈(4)固定在挡板(3)上。在需要更换过滤网时，只要逆时针旋转拆装手柄(6)，密封压盖(5)抬起，取出销钉，翻转密封压盖(5)，网笼(2)即可整体取出，非常方便。本实用新型广泛应用于石油、化工、供水、发电等输送液体或汽体的管道上，起到介质的过滤作用。

  1. 一种网笼过滤器，由带进出口的壳体、网笼、密封压盖及拆装手柄组成，其特征在于：在壳体内有一个椭圆形的挡板，挡板两端分别位于壳体内进口的下方和出口的上方并与壳体内壁紧密焊接，挡板内孔的垂直投影为圆形且与网笼的直径相配合，网笼通过上口圈固定在挡板上。
