本实用新型涉及一种拱棚,具体地说是双拱双跨圆弧形大拱棚。
背景技术
传统的大拱棚结构,由于保温能力较差,冬季棚内夜间温度较低,一般仅用于进行蔬菜春早熟和秋延迟栽培,冬季无法利用,设施的周年利用率较低。提高大拱棚的采光增温能力和保温效果,改善大拱棚的光、温性能,从而提高大拱棚的周年利用率,是人们迫切需要解决的问题。要想提高和改善大拱棚的光、温性能,关键是优化大拱棚结构,设计和建造最佳的棚面角度和形状,提高大拱棚的采光性能,增加大拱棚的保温和蓄热能力,提高大拱棚的夜间保温效果,已成为人们的普遍要求。
发明内容
本实用新型的技术任务是针对以上不足之处,提供一种采光性能更好,蓄热量更大,保温能力更强的双拱双跨圆弧形大拱棚。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:棚体截面为两个圆弧形拱架相连接构成的双跨,连接点固定在立柱上,棚体设置有内外两层圆弧形拱架,外圆弧形拱架上设置有透光膜,内圆弧形拱架上设置有保温幕,外圆弧形拱架和内圆弧形拱架上均固定有纵拉杆。
棚体的高度为该外圆弧形拱架所在圆的半径。
本实用新型的双拱双跨圆弧形大拱棚和现有技术相比,具有以下特点:
一是采光效果最佳,圆弧形受光面采光效果最佳。二是保温性能良好,球体的内容积最大,在加上多层覆盖保护,保温性能较传统大拱棚相比,有较大改善。三是结构更加合理,大拱棚骨架的承载力和抗风雪能力更强。

本实用新型的双拱双跨圆弧形大拱棚,棚体截面为两个圆弧形拱架相连接构成的双跨,连接点固定在立柱6上,棚体设置有内、外两层圆弧形拱架,外圆弧形拱架2上设置有透光膜1,内圆弧形拱架5上设置有保温幕4,外圆弧形拱架2和内圆弧形拱架5上均固定有五根纵拉杆3。
本实用新型的双拱双跨圆弧形大拱棚其加工制作非常简单方便,按说明书附图所示加工制作即可。
