一种无支柱双层塑料大棚拱架,包括相互连接的斜梁和弧形梁,其特殊之处是:所述的斜梁和弧形梁是由上支撑梁、下支撑梁以及设在上、下支撑梁之间的连接筋构成,所述的上、下支撑梁为近似槽钢状的异型型材,上支撑梁的槽口向上、下支撑梁的槽口向下。优点是:强度高,无需支柱,可提高大棚的跨度和棚内利用率,扩大了棚内的空间;与原塑料大棚相比大棚的进光量可提高30%左右,并可提高了太阳能的利用率,使棚内增温快;拱架上、下均设有支撑梁,可安装双层塑料薄膜,保温效果好,比单层塑料大棚温度提高5~8摄氏度。

背景技术
目前,我国北方农村所用的塑料大棚是由墙体、均布支撑在墙体上采用竹竿或金属制成的拱架以及通过板条或铁丝固定铺到拱架上的一层塑料薄膜构成。这种塑料大棚到了夜间为了保证棚内农作物、植物等的生长温度,一般在塑料薄膜的上面加铺一层纸被和双层草垫子;在棚内生火炉保温,尽管如此对于内部空间较大的塑料大棚,还是不能保证所需温度。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是要解决现有技术存在的上述问题,提供一种强度高、跨度大,增温快、保温效果好、安装方便的无支柱双层塑料大棚拱架。
本实用新型是这样实现的:它有一个相互连接的斜梁和弧形梁,其特殊之处是:所述的斜梁和弧形梁是由上支撑梁、下支撑梁以及设在上、下支撑梁之间的连接筋构成,所述的上、下支撑梁为近似槽钢状的异型型材,上支撑梁的槽口向上、下支撑梁的槽口向下。
上述的无支柱双层塑料大棚拱架,该无支柱双层塑料大棚拱架还设有分别与上、下支撑梁的槽宽相配合的卡簧。
上述的无支柱双层塑料大棚拱架,所述的上、下支撑梁的两个内底角为60~85度,以卡住卡簧,将塑料薄膜固定。
本实用新型的优点是:强度高,无需支柱,可提高大棚的跨度和棚内利用率,扩大了棚内的空间,安装方便;与原塑料大棚相比大棚的进光量可提高30%左右,并提高了太阳能的利用率,使棚内增温快;拱架上、下均设有支撑梁,可安装双层塑料薄膜,保温效果好,比单层塑料大棚温度提高5~8度。

具体实施方式:
如图所示,该无支柱双层塑料大棚拱架是由斜梁1和弧形梁2连接而成,所述的斜梁1和弧形梁2是由上支撑梁3、下支撑梁4以及设在上、下支撑梁3和4之间的双排连接筋5构成。所述的上、下支撑梁3和4为近似槽钢状的异型型材,上、下支撑梁3和4的两个内底角为60~85度,且上支撑梁3的槽口向上、下支撑梁4的槽口向下。该无支柱双层塑料大棚拱架还设有分别与上、下支撑梁3和4的槽宽相配合的卡簧6。
使用时,如图4所示,将斜梁1下端固定在墙体顶面,将弧形梁2的下端通过预埋件固定在地面上。在斜梁1上面依次铺设木板、苯板、砖块,再用水泥固定,然后在弧形梁2的上、下面分别铺设塑料薄膜,并将卡簧6卡在上、下支撑梁3和4的槽内,以将塑料薄膜固定,也可用绳子勒在上、下支撑梁3和4的槽内而将塑料薄膜固定。

1、一种无支柱双层塑料大棚拱架,包括相互连接的斜梁和弧形梁,其特征是:所述的斜梁和弧形梁是由上支撑梁、下支撑梁以及设在上、下支撑梁之间的连接筋构成,所述的上、下支撑梁为近似槽钢状的异型型材,且上支撑梁的槽口向上、下支撑梁的槽口向下。
2、根据权利要求1所述的无支柱双层塑料大棚拱架,其特征是:该无支柱双层塑料大棚拱架还设有分别与上、下支撑梁的槽宽相配合的卡簧。
