技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种除污装置,特别是一种供热系统管网除污器。
背景技术
除污器是热水供热系统中非常重要的设备,它可以清除供热系统中残留在管网中的各种杂物和循环水产生的各种悬浮物,以保护锅炉和换热器。目前,很多供热系统都采用旋流除污器做除污设备,然而与旋流除污器原理相同的旋流除尘器虽然被广泛使用在锅炉除尘系统中,并取得了良好效果,但在热水供热系统中却存在较大缺陷:由于在热水供热系统中,水的流速一般在1米/秒左右,虽然管道中的杂物可被水冲走,但当其进入除污器中时,会因为除污器的截面积大于管道截面积而使流速降低,杂物会自动落在设备的底部,而不需要利用旋流的离心力去分离。如果在热水供热系统中使用旋流除污器,由于旋流除污器体积大、进出口不在同一直线上等特点,将其使用在热水供热系统中存在着施工难度大、占地面积大、投资大等缺点,因此并不适于热水供热系统的除污。而直通立式除污器由于其安装方便、占地小等优点,也被广泛使用,但规格在DN100以上的直通立式除污器上盖是焊死的,当除污器的滤水孔被污物堵死时就无法进行清除,从而使除污器阻力过大而影响供热效果及浪费电能,同时由于其过滤孔较大,只能挡住体积大的物体,对细小的水中悬浮物无能为力,同样存在较大缺陷。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了提高现有供热系统除污器的除污效果,同时尽可能降低安装难度、提高可维护性,提供一种结构合理,实用性强,除污效果好的直通可刷式除污器。该除污器在供热系统运行时即可随时清理污物,不需拆卸上盖,操作极其方便,在清理污物时完全不影响供热系统正常运行,并且造价低廉。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:本直通可刷式除污器包括除污器筒体、筒体上端盖、进水管、出水管、排污管,筒体内设置有与出水管相连的过滤管,所述除污器筒体内设置有毛刷,该毛刷的刷柄垂直于所述过滤管的横截面,并可沿过滤管外壁往复活动,刷柄上的刷毛紧贴过滤管外壁。筒体上端盖上设置有一转轴,该转轴穿过筒体上端盖,且其轴线与过滤管轴线重合;所述毛刷的刷柄为曲柄,刷柄的上端与转轴下端固定连接,转轴的上端固定连接一手柄。
本实用新型在过滤管外壁设置毛刷,并将毛刷的刷柄通过转轴与筒体外的手柄相连接,维护人员只需在除污器筒体外转动手柄即可驱动毛刷转动洗刷过滤管。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
1.过滤管外壁装设有毛刷,在除污器筒外即可操作毛刷,使清洁除污器内污物十分方便,减轻维护的压力;
2.直通式除污器的设计,占地面积小,施工方便不;
3.结构合理,造价低廉,使用安全、可靠。

图1是本实用新型的一个实施例。本实用新型直通可刷式除污器包括除污器筒体1、筒体上端盖2,筒体1两侧分别为进水管3和出水管4,在筒体1内设置一与出水管4相连通的过滤管6。一毛刷7,其刷柄9垂直于过滤管6的横截面,刷柄上的刷毛8紧贴过滤管外壁,毛刷7可沿过滤管外壁往复活动。
本实施例中毛刷的刷柄9为曲柄,刷柄的上端与转轴10下端固定连接,该转轴10的轴线与过滤管6的轴线重合,且其上端穿过筒体上端盖2,并与手柄11固定连接。
如图所示,本实用新型中筒体下部设置有沉降筒12,排污管5设于沉降筒的侧下方。过滤管6为多孔过滤管。筒体上端盖2为法兰式端盖,使上端盖的拆装十分方便。
使用本实用新型直通可刷式除污器时,供热系统循环水从进水管3进入筒体1,由于筒体横截面大于管道截面,水流速降低,大块杂物自动沉降在筒体1下部的沉降筒12内,而小块杂物则在随水流经过滤管6时被过滤管6拦截,部分杂物就挂在过滤管6的外壁上。当长时间使用后,过滤管6外壁挂有大量杂物,堵塞滤水孔,影响水流顺利通过过滤管6,造成除污器阻力过大,这时,可由工作人员往复旋转位于筒体上端盖2上方的手柄11,通过旋转手柄11,带动转轴10旋转,从而使通过刷柄9连接转轴10的毛刷7同时转动,由于毛刷7的刷毛8紧贴过滤管6外壁,因此往复旋转手柄11时,刷毛8即对过滤管6外壁进行清扫,达到清除过滤管6外壁杂物、疏通堵塞的目的。沉降于筒体1下部沉降筒12内的杂物通过排污管5排出筒体,整个清理过程方便、快捷。
本实用新型的另一个实施例,筒体上端盖2为法兰式端盖,使得筒体上端盖2和筒体1在保证密封性的同时还可以在需要时拆卸,在除污器出现故障时方便进行内部维修维护。
本实用新型直通可刷式除污器结构合理,实用性强,尤其是可直接在筒体外操纵内部毛刷进行过滤管清扫的设计,在供热系统运行时即可随时清理污物,不需拆卸上盖,操作极其方便,在清理污物时完全不影响供热系统正常运行,并且造价低廉,具有广阔的市场前景。

1.一种直通可刷式除污器,包括除污器筒体、筒体上端盖、进水管、出水管、排污管,筒体上端盖设有排气阀,筒体内设置有与出水管相连通的过滤管,其特征在于:所述除污器筒体内设置有毛刷,该毛刷的刷柄垂直于所述过滤管的横截面,并可沿过滤管外壁往复活动,刷柄上的刷毛紧贴过滤管外壁。
2.根据权利要求1所述的直通可刷式除污器,其特征在于:所述除污筒筒体上端盖设置一转轴,该转轴穿过筒体上端盖,且其轴线与过滤管轴线重合;所述毛刷的刷柄为曲柄,刷柄的上端与转轴下端固定连接,转轴的上端固定连接一手柄。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的直通可刷式除污器,其特征在于:所述过滤管为多孔过滤管。
4.根据权利要求1所述的直通可刷式除污器,其特征在于:所述筒体下部设置有沉降筒,所述排污管设于沉降筒的侧下方。
5.根据权利要求1所述的直通可刷式除污器,其特征在于:所述筒体上端盖为法兰式端盖。
