本实用新型涉及一种建筑物中使用的板材,特别涉及一种菱镁防火夹芯板。它由两块夹芯面层和中间夹芯层构成,夹芯面层又由面料层、中料层、底料层和两层增强材料层组成,中间夹芯层置于两夹芯面层的底料层之间。夹芯面层采用玻纤布和双镁材料制成,具有防火、抗水及强度好的特点,中间夹芯层采用聚苯乙烯泡沫板,既能使板材减轻重量,又能得到很好的隔热保温效果。板材的厚度可制成0.03m-0.3m。解决了现行的木质夹芯板防火性能差,遇水或受潮后粘胶易脱裂,胶粘剂还会产生对人体有毒气味,且板材制作的厚度有限,不能用作建筑物内的隔墙或建筑物外抗水隔热材料的问题。特别适用做建筑物的内隔墙体。

背景技术:
目前,市场上销售或使用的夹芯板材,都是木质的夹芯板,即两边和中间夹的都是木质材料。这类夹芯板存在着下述的缺陷,1、不防火。由于采用木质材料,防火性能差,而且需要使用大量的森林资源;2、不抗水。此类夹芯板都是采用胶粘剂粘接热压而成,遇水或受潮后胶粘剂易脱裂,而且胶粘剂还会产生对人体有毒气味;3、使用范围窄。此类夹芯板由于其材料和结构的限制,只能用于制作家具或对门窗装璜时使用,且板材制作的厚度有限,不能用于建筑物内的隔墙或建筑物外抗水隔热材料。因此,现在建筑物内的墙体主要还是用泥土烧制的砖砌成,而建筑物外的抗水隔热屋顶,则使用的是用泥土或水泥烧制的陶瓷瓦或用金属板制成的金属瓦。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种表面板材采用玻璃纤维布及双镁材料制成,中间夹有聚苯乙烯泡沫板的夹芯板材,能克服上述木质夹芯板的不足,既可以作为制作家具或门窗装璜的材料,又能作为建筑物内隔墙材料的菱镁防火夹芯板。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案来实现上述目的的:
该菱镁防火夹芯板由两块夹芯面层和中间夹芯层构成,其特征在于:所述的夹芯面层由面料层、中料层、底料层和两层增强材料层组成,中料层的两面各复有一层增强材料层,两增强材料层上各复有一面料层和底料层;中间夹芯层置于两夹芯面层的底料层之间。中间夹芯层为聚苯乙烯泡沫板或聚丙乙烯泡沫板。增强材料层为玻璃纤维布层、竹网层、棕网层或塑料网层。
本实用新型与现有的技术相比具有如下的有益效果:
该菱镁防火夹芯板采用玻纤布和双镁材料制成的板材做夹芯面板,具有防火、抗水及强度好的特点,而中间夹芯层采用聚苯乙烯泡沫板,既能使板材减轻重量,又能得到很好的隔热保温效果。且板材的厚度可制成0.03m-0.3m。特别适用做建筑物的内隔墙体。

具体实施方式:
该菱镁防火夹芯板由两块夹芯面层1和中间夹有一块中间夹芯层2构成。夹芯面层1又由中料层4的两面复有增强材料层6,一层增强材料层6上制有面料层3,另一层增强材料层6上制有底料层5构成。
该菱镁防火夹芯板可以在成型线上一次做成,也可以将夹芯面层1和中间夹芯层2分别做好后粘合而成。
在成型线上一次成型的制作方法如下:
在成型线模板上依次放入面料,玻纤网格布、中料、玻纤网格布、底料、聚苯乙烯泡沫板、底料、玻纤网格布、中料、玻纤网格布、面料,并经过层层滚压,然后按要求尺寸将其切断,将板坯养护后脱模即成菱镁防火夹芯板。
上述的玻纤网格布也可以用竹网,棕网或塑料网代替。上述的聚苯乙烯可以先发泡做成板材后放入,也可以直接在成型线上发泡成型。
将夹芯面层1和中间夹芯层2分别做好后粘合的制作方法如下:
先将夹芯面层1在成型线上按上述的方法做成成品,将聚苯乙烯按所需的厚度发泡成中间夹芯层2的泡沫板,再通过粘接剂将两夹芯.面层1与聚苯乙烯泡沫板制成的中间夹芯层2粘合而成成品。也可以将两夹芯面层1按夹芯板的厚度要求将中间夹芯层2的空腔留好后,将聚苯乙烯放入空腔直接发泡,通过发泡与两夹芯面板1的底料层5直接粘合而制成成品。

1.一种菱镁防火夹芯板,它由两块夹芯面层(1)和中间夹芯层(2)构成,其特征在于:所述的夹芯面层由面料层(3)、中料层(4)、底料层(5)和两层增强材料层(6)组成,中料层(4)的两面各复有一层增强材料层(6),两增强材料层(6)上各复有一面料层(3)和底料层(5);中间夹芯层(2)置于两夹芯面层(1)的底料层(5)之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的菱镁防火夹芯板,其特征在于:增强材料层(6)为玻璃纤维布层、竹网层、棕网层或塑料网层。
3、根据权利要求1所述的菱镁防火夹芯板,其特征在于:中间夹芯层(2)为聚苯乙烯泡沫板或聚丙乙烯泡沫板。
