(一)技术领域
本实用新型涉及电炉的炉壁，具体为炉壁的保温层结构。
(二)背景技术
现有炉壁的保温层结构见图1，其包括内炉壁1、外炉壁3，内炉壁1和外炉壁3之间设置有保温层2，保温层2的材质为硅酸铝棉。本保温层结构的缺点就是：造价高，使用中隔热效果一般。
(三)发明内容
针对现有炉壁的保温层结构的不足之处，本实用新型提供了另外一种炉壁保温层结构，其造价相对来说较低，隔热效果较好。
其技术方案是这样的：其包括内炉壁、外炉壁，所述内炉壁、外炉壁之间设置有保温层，其特征在于：所述保温层包括内保温层、外保温层，所述内保温层、外保温层均为硅酸铝棉层，所述内保温层和外保温层之间设置有空气隔热层。
本实用新型采用上述结构之后，由于在内保温层、外保温层之间设置有空气隔热层，而空气的传热系数小于硅酸铝棉，这样整个保温层的隔热效果较好，而空气隔热层的设置节约了硅酸铝棉，降低了成本，从而避免了现有炉壁的保温层结构，其造价高，使用中隔热效果一般的缺点。

(五)具体实施方式
见图2，本实用新型包括内炉壁1、外炉壁5，内炉壁1、外炉壁5之间设置有保温层，保温层包括内保温层2、外保温层4，内保温层2和外保温层4均为硅酸铝棉层，内保温层2和外保温层4之间设置有空气隔热层3。
